"Location: Not the most central hotel of Liupanshui- but the centre is reachable within 10-15 min car ride. Service: Excellent service by the front desk - specially when we had to do an emergency trip at the hospital at 2am. The staff on duty was amazing. However, expect very basic to nearly inexistent English from the staff. Cleanliness and amenities: Clean rooms in general - carpet was pretty stained. The pool’s opening hours are not fixed and seem to vary. The changing rooms and showers were quite dirty. Even though it’s not a very new hotel - I was expecting better from a Sheraton."
