The service was excellent; they were responsive to every request. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot, but it's not very big. Luckily, the security guard was a skilled driver; we'd hand him the keys, and he'd expertly arrange the parking every day, like a game of Tetris, keeping all the cars neatly lined up.

The front desk service was unprofessional and careless. The first room I was assigned hadn't even been cleaned, and they didn't acknowledge their mistake. My room was on the 9th floor, and they made me go all the way back to the front desk with all my luggage to switch rooms. The second room I got had a broken Wi-Fi. When someone came to fix it, their attitude was awful; they told me I was being a hassle. I was so angry! The next morning, I went for breakfast, and the restaurant asked for a breakfast voucher, which I was never given. I had to go back to the front desk again to get one. I'm truly very dissatisfied with their service; it's completely unprofessional.

Facilities: Generally fair. Cleanliness: Quite poor. There was hair on the bed and in the bathroom. The desk chair in the room was very dirty, the carpet was filthy with cigarette burns everywhere, and it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The chairs in the lounge area, which were just four chairs brought in from a conference room and covered with slipcovers, were also very dirty. Service: Quite enthusiastic, they upgraded my room.

When we had a minor issue with the toilet, the hotel promptly sent someone to fix it. The hotel's location is superb, not far from major attractions, and taxis are easily accessible. All of this at a reasonable price made for a very satisfying experience.

The service and environment are good, but the supporting facilities are not up to par. There is not much for children to do here, just soak in the hot springs. There are not many open pools. We have a room with a private bath. Basically, there is nothing to do outside the room except in the room.
