Liupanshui Hotels with Gym

The newly opened hotel has all new facilities and equipment. This is the best hotel I stayed at in Liupanshui (both the overall environment and room layout). It's also right next to the high-speed rail station, sharing the same parking lot, so even on rainy days, you don't have to worry about getting wet while walking to the station. Perhaps the area is still under construction, the signage for our rental car in Liupanshui was terrible. The first time, we took the wrong road and couldn't get into the parking lot. The traffic lights in Liupanshui are also absurd; a red light lasts 99 seconds, and a green light only 20 seconds. Even without driving, it's difficult to get a ride-hailing car to the hotel entrance; you either have to wait in the parking lot or walk onto the street (which is very dangerous). After check-in, the staff gave us a complimentary breakfast. Compared to other hotels in other cities, the breakfast here was very plentiful, and the service was excellent. Since it was a cool and rainy day when we checked in, the hotel provided heating, but it was always stuffy. Even with the fan or air conditioning on at night, the air coming out was hot, which was very uncomfortable. We could only sleep with the window open, but it was still quite noisy outside. Around 1 AM, cars were honking, and around 3 AM, the karaoke bar downstairs was still having music (I was woken up by the noise). Next time, we'll have to ask for a higher floor. One small suggestion: the TV's wireless screen mirroring doesn't support Youku VIP content, only SVIP. It's unreasonable to have to pay extra just to watch TV while traveling. Huazhu Club members in other cities can play these content. It would be better if this could be improved in the future!

My girlfriends and I booked the Ji Hotel for our trip. The cleanliness was excellent as always, the location was convenient, the breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff, Xiao Li, were very attentive and responsible. They even thoughtfully gave us a small gift because we arrived late – we were very grateful. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

It's right to choose this one for Liupanshui to escape the summer heat! Booked an executive bed room, the room area is large, the living room and bedroom partition are reasonable, and the light luxury bathtub is soaked in the bath. The sanitary details are in place and the bedding is dry. The hotel is close to Wanda Plaza, convenient for shopping and eating. The most amazing thing is the service, from the front desk to the room aunts are smiling, the response speed is very fast. The environment is quiet, the sound insulation is good, and the feeling of living in the ”cold capital” is definitely beyond expectations!

The service was excellent; they were responsive to every request. Whether it was replenishing drinking water, getting extra face towels, or more hangers, all our needs were met within 5 minutes – fantastic! The room decor matched the pictures almost perfectly, and the projector worked great. We even caught the World Cup finals and semi-finals during our stay without any viewing issues. The hotel's surroundings are lively, with the Xingyun Night Market just across the street, and most dining options are within a walkable kilometer. The hotel has a dedicated parking lot, but it's not very big. Luckily, the security guard was a skilled driver; we'd hand him the keys, and he'd expertly arrange the parking every day, like a game of Tetris, keeping all the cars neatly lined up.

Great review! The hotel is brand new and the room is spacious. There's a self-service luggage storage on the first floor, and the bathroom has a retractable clothesline and disposable cups. Across the street from the hotel is a market, and on the roadside, Li Ayi's sticky rice is delicious. Since the hotel is newly opened, they provided complimentary breakfast with a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. If I ever visit Liupanshui again, I'd definitely choose to stay here. It's also convenient to catch a taxi right outside.

Five-star praise! The hotel's supporting facilities are complete and practical. The 24-hour free gym equipment is brand new and complete. You can exercise and relax during the trip. The self-service laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Laundry liquid is provided free of charge. It is too convenient to wash clothes for long-distance travel. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is responsive, the large underground parking lot is free to open, and the charging parking space is sufficient. The public areas are cleaned every day, and every detail can be seen with care, and the comfort of living is directly full.

On July 14, 2026, around 4 PM, we checked into the Four Points by Sheraton Liupanshui. We had booked three rooms about a month in advance, totaling over 6,000 yuan. One of the rooms took nearly an hour at the front desk to be assigned. Upon check-in, we noticed stains all over the floor, and the bedding seemed flimsy. The air conditioning was constantly making noise, intermittent, and the room was uncomfortably stuffy. The bathroom facilities were not only old but also dysfunctional; for example, toiletries like shower gel were mounted on the wall but unusable. In one of the rooms, the bathtub was full of water and couldn't be drained, and the shower area had severe water accumulation, among other issues. We reported the bathroom problems to the front desk on the night of our check-in. Around 10 PM, a maintenance worker finally arrived, only to inform us that these issues had already been reported to hotel management but remained unresolved, making repairs impossible. The only option was to change rooms. The front desk also told us that it was too late to switch rooms that day and we would have to wait until the next morning. They assured us that we would be able to pick up the new room keys from the front desk first thing in the morning. To our disappointment, when we approached the front desk the next morning, they looked bewildered. After some negotiation, they agreed to change rooms but were evasive about giving a specific time. It was only after escalating the issue to the lobby duty manager that our room change problem was finally resolved. To protect our rights as guests, we filed a complaint with the hotel duty manager, stating two main points: first, the overall service did not meet five-star standards, damaging the hotel's reputation; second, due to the severe problems with the room, we requested a refund for the services not rendered and compensation for the time and emotional distress caused. Although the duty manager said they would report it to hotel management, we had multiple exchanges with them and the front desk staff throughout the day, and they consistently dodged our questions, providing no direct answers to date. Through communication with Trip.com, the hotel completely rejected our demands, demonstrating the arrogance of a large business bullying customers. As a Trip.com Gold member, this stay at the Four Points by Sheraton Liupanshui has been the most unpleasant hotel experience I've had in many years of travel. We strongly recommend that Trip.com no longer recommend this hotel in the future.

Booking this newly opened hotel in April 26 on Trip.com , I was a little nervous, because the newly opened reviews did not know what the actual situation was. But when I arrived at the hotel, I was shocked by the style of the lobby and the warm reception of the service staff. And our original room included a breakfast, and the old couple stayed in. After communicating with the sales manager, they immediately upgraded to two breakfasts for free. Staying for a week feels super cost-effective, rich breakfast, tall and spacious rooms, modern and smart facilities. Will highly recommend to friends. Super praise!

The room itself is also quite large and fully equipped with high-quality bedding. The bathroom is bright, clean, and tidy, featuring upscale amenities and a bathtub, plus a very comfortable sofa. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including local specialties like beef noodle soup or rice vermicelli. Service was excellent – they even upgraded our room! When we had a minor issue with the toilet, the hotel promptly sent someone to fix it. The hotel's location is superb, not far from major attractions, and taxis are easily accessible. All of this at a reasonable price made for a very satisfying experience.
