"The hotel’s entrance is hidden from the street. It is in the parking lot behind the building. Guests smoke a lot, so the cigarette smoke smell lingered in the lobby all the time. My room had faint cigarette smell. The bed is good, and the noise from the outside is expected because of the location. The laundry room was useful. The breakfast was okay when you factor in the size of the hotel."

Perfect place to stay for a quiet, relaxing weekend. 1km from the hot springs, 7 kms from the Kebu waterfalls and walking distance to restaurants. Everything here is spotless and modern. The Boss lady is very enthusiastic and warm. I’d definitely stay here again if i’m ever in the area.

The hotel is about 40 minutes drive from Liupanshui City. It is called the ”Peak Villa” locally. Take the sightseeing elevator to the 4-story mountain top and walk through a glass bridge plank road. The rooms and all public facilities are on the top of the mountain. The house design is wooden structure. It feels like a Southeast Asian resort hotel.
Service: The best experience of this stay, whether it is the confirmation before arrival, and the care of the stay, the young people of the entire service team are very dedicated!
Facilities: Because in the original ecological environment on the top of the mountain, all the houses in the hotel are wooden, and there are more insects of all kinds. The hotel also helps to do musk repellent in each building's gate and inside.
Freshly ground coffee/fruit tea: Figure 1 The water bar on the edge of the large pool seems to be everyone's favorite place. Coffee and various fruit teas are very delicious and free to drink.
Summary: This is suitable for wanting to come to Liupanshui to escape the summer heat and recuperate, and let yourself go. If you want to punch in the attractions and brush the city steps, it is not suitable. In addition, I suggest that if the hotel owner has a renovation plan in the future, the entire wooden structure can be mixed with stone elements inside. In addition, the kitchen and sauna of the pool villa can be replaced with a living room, increasing the sense of space, which will more meet the needs of modern vacations.

Guest UserThe rooms were new and exactly as pictured, but the surrounding environment was rather ordinary. The guesthouse was on the 29th floor, but the lobby on the first floor was unfinished. Construction workers frequently smoked in the elevator. The tatami room we booked faced the mountain. There are villagers' graves on the mountain (those who mind this should choose carefully). The guesthouse is about 5 kilometers from Liushuipan Station. However, we often heard train whistles arriving at the station around 4 AM, as well as the crowing of roosters raised by villagers; some roosters even started crowing as early as 3 AM. Shopping was inconvenient in the 7th building we stayed in.

Guest UserStaying at Shifang Yunshe on the Wumeng Grassland was like a dream you never wanted to wake up from! Lying in bed, you could embrace the entire grassland, and at night, the Milky Way twinkled through the window—it was breathtakingly beautiful. The oversized floor-to-ceiling windows framed the natural world like a painting, and even the air was filled with a sweet scent! The butler service was incredibly attentive, helping with luggage and sharing travel guides. Enjoying a hand-brewed coffee at the Cowshed Coffee Shop while watching the clouds roll by, and then reading a book in the library while listening to the wind sing—that's what a true vacation is! Every detail is thoughtfully crafted, and I regret not staying a few more nights. Shifang Yunshe doesn't sell rooms; it sells the poetry and distant horizons of the clouds!

XiaogoudaiwangovoI'm writing this on the high-speed train leaving Liupanshui. Although it's my first time here, I've truly fallen in love with this city. I encountered so much kindness in this unfamiliar little town.
I got a mountain view room for a very reasonable price, which was incredibly comforting for someone like me, a typical city dweller. Later, chatting with the owner, I learned they also have lake view rooms; I hope I'll have the chance to stay there next time. On the day we went to Yeyuhai, the guesthouse owner offered to pick us up and drop us off. I said I thought ”free pick-up and drop-off” only applied to the high-speed rail station (because that's what I've seen in other guesthouses and hotels before), but the owner told me he could pick us up and drop us off anywhere in the city that was convenient. I'm so grateful to him! 🤩 Also, when I checked out and left my luggage, the young lady at the front desk even helped me push my luggage—she was so sweet!! Prices here are very cheap. Hot pot meals mostly include free vegetables. Even the touts in the scenic area charge the same price as the sightseeing buses. Once they know you've bought a ticket, they acknowledge it and leave, even reminding you when the bus arrives. Unlike other scenic spots I've visited, they don't try to rip you off or use any means necessary to solicit business. The people in Liupanshui seem very honest and kind; I really love it here! Liupanshui truly lives up to its reputation as a cool and comfortable place! I definitely want to come back and stay longer next time to fully experience it!

Guest UserThe location is very close to Gate 1 of the scenic area, and the toilet is surprisingly smart! Thumbs up! The room amenities are pretty good for a B&B, with a good temperature of hot water. There's a restaurant on the first floor, serving rice noodles and noodles for breakfast, as well as porridge and freshly ground soy milk. While the selection is limited, it's more than enough. For dinner, there's hot pot and stir-fries. The chef was very attentive and specifically checked with us whether we could use more oil and chili peppers. There's also a convenient garage downstairs. The owner also helped us arrange a car rental service for the scenic area. Overall, it's a good stay and highly recommended!
