Our room was upgraded from studio to one-bedroom. The room is spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is close to Albert Dock and the city centre. We kept our car in NCP carpark for whole day.

Lovely clean hotel that is a stone throw away from Albert Docks and the city centre. The apartment is homely, the lounge & kitchenette is spacious with a separate bedroom and wardrobe space. It was ideal for a family stay, we’ve stayed here a number of times and have never been disappointed. Thank you

Good location, 10minutes walk you can reach both seaside and city centre, its a very good experience, the studio makes me feel like back to student accom, cozy and modern. The best of it is you can try some nice coffee and enjoy a quiet night after a long trip.

Helpful staff. I went there at 2.30pm, and the room is ready! Location is great. Easy to find the hotel from google map.

Good location and well equipped room, clean and safe.

Location is good and nice to have kitchen for making your own food. Coffee machine is available which is a bonus. Bathroom is nice with enough hot water. Unfortunately the room has smell of cigarettes and rubbish. Ashes could still be found in the room, and bin was also not cleared and full that was left by last customer.

Very spacious room with two bathrooms and a dining area. Cooking facilities are well equipped and bed is comfortable. Had a nice stay over and will definitely visit again!

Location is good however the car park was closed and we had to park at the plaza next to it with 35 pounds (super costly). We have 4 pax but only given with 3 blankets, one of which was stained. Checked in process was stressful that we were required to fill in an online form at the Reception by ourselves. We stayed at Staycity in Venice and Manchester, they were all good except for this one in Liverpool.

Good location, just next to James street station. 5mins walk to city centre and the dock. Staff are nice and welcoming. Willing to help and with smiley faces. A bit dusty in room, but generally a nice place to stay if you are going to Liverpool.

This hotel is with a good location to Lime Street station and close to Albert Dock. This is goodvtgat this has a laundry for hotel guest. Fee for clothes washing and drying is fair. Good.

Overnight stay in Liverpool city centre: best location for visiting the historic Albert Dics,Museum of Liverpool, Maritime museum, Slaverymuseum,Liver Building. Comfy bed, cleanliness++,polite and welcoming staff. Highly recommended if you are finding yourself in this neck of the wooda: already booked our next stay!

Lovely hotel staff very accommodating had a few issues arise but was dealt with in a professional matter by staff breakfast was lovely had a lovely visit to Liverpool will be back at this Aparthotel on our next visit to Liverpool

Excellent stay close to all bars and restaurants 1min walk from the docks great service very helpful with any issues rooms were very clean didn’t hear much noise at night time.
