I had the best stay here, everything from start to finish was perfect, we had family here before we headed towards Oakwood park, hotel was love Y and clean and the staff were all great, the room was warm, but so was outside, it didn’t impact my stay, parking on site that’s a nightmare. As you have to go out, but not hotels fault

The transit point of the journey, the hotel is very beautiful, the parking lot is also large, and the instructions are clear. Because I arrived late, the handsome guy at the bar checked in. The next day I asked the lady at the front desk how to get there for breakfast, and both of them were very enthusiastic. He guided us very well, and he didn’t speak too fast. He spoke very clearly and it felt great to be understood😀. Breakfast was the most comfortable breakfast I had in the UK for a week, but it was a pity that I didn’t bring my mobile phone to the restaurant. The room is relatively old, but fortunately it is large enough, with two 1.5-inch double beds, and the bathroom is also quite large, but the shower faucet cannot be used, and the bathtub faucet can only be used.

The room was excellent. I asked for lower ground room and that is what pAPI got all amenities for the disabled visitor. I had a CPAP machine and extension lead was given without asking. Saran,Samantha on reception should be given an award for perfect customer support, Gemma at the breakfast shift,was very pleasant and another award should go her way. I had such an amazing time I will go back to to the hotel.
