Hermosa finca de unas 200 hectáreas, donde se ha hecho un grandísimo trabajo e inversión en conseguir un hotel especial, quizás no para todos los públicos y quizás esa es también su encanto. La experiencia en arquitectura y arte de uno de los propietarios y de construcción del otro se nota en cada detalle, el el precioso y depurado estilo constructivo y en la decoración, completada con obras de arte de proximidad y de diverso tipo. Alguna de sus estancias ha recorrido con sobrada admiración las páginas de Instagram, Pinterest, revistas especializadas, etc. El servicio es joven, con motivación y ganas de agradar, sin excepción. El desayuno completo en el bufet, quizás menos en platos de cocina. El restaurante quizás con pocos platos, pero satisfactorios, sin pretensiones gastronómicas. Las habitaciones cómodas, espaciosas, luminosas, íntimas, acogedoras, con privacidad, con calidad del sueño (cama, almohada, silencio, solo la oscuridad falla bastante), con baños estupendos. Espacios comunes variados, tan estéticos que es difícil evitar fotografiar cada vez. Masajes y tratamientos muy satisfactorios, con su zona de aguas muy agradable. Lo más mejorable la necesidad de buggy para ir al parking. Obviamente no es un hotel de lujo ostentoso, y tampoco puede ser barato. Está en línea con el mercado internacional de oferta equivalente.

The hotel and its grounds are absolutely stunning. Sadly, as I can see from other reviews, the restaurant menu and the quality of good in the evenings let it down. That said the breakfast was outstanding and couldn’t be better. The menu in the evenings was limited and sadly uninspiring. Sadly when the food arrived, which took a long time, the quality and flavour was not what we expected. If the restaurant offering was improved ( as the setting and ambience was stunning) we would definitely return but otherwise wouldn’t. We are more than happy to pay for excellent food but I’m afraid it did not deliver Another small suggestion would be to review the toiletries in the room - the body lotion smelt terrible and the shampoo wouldn’t lather Arrival - like other guests have commented we arrived to a dusty deserted carpark but no idea how to get to the main hotel with our luggage. We flagged down a member of staff who pointed out an intercom but then we’re stood for circa 10 minutes waiting for a van to cone and collect us - for a luxury hotel there should be a much better experience on arrival Finally we have never had a request for feedback from the hotel either on checkout or after returning home. I think they could gain valuable insight if the proactively requested feedback so they have the chance to act on this All that said, the hotel, the decor, the ambience was stunning - so much potential if the common areas of feedback are addressed p

Für alle, die nicht am Strand liegen müssen: Eine Oase der Ruhe und der Schönheit! Die Gebäude minimalistisch, stilvoll, mit Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail, umgeben von Palmen, Olivenbäumen und anderen mediterranen Gewächsen. Große, einladende Zimmer mit romantischer Terrasse. Vom Restaurant unter Bäumen und vom grandiosen Infinity-Pool öffnet sich die Aussicht über die Hügel bis Arta. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, herzlich und freundlich. Leider beeinträchtigt das kulinarische Angebot den Gesamteindruck: im wahrsten Sinne geschmack-los und den hohen Preisen nicht angemessen. Dafür entschädigt das unglaublich reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffet.

This place- I cried. With happiness. Breathe they say here. But they don't need to say it. It just happens. Naturally. Like everything else... The space has a magic of its own. They wanted to create paradise and they have absolutely achieved that. 500 acres of freedom. Set in 13th century farmland. It helps that everything is white. From the interior of the ancient farmhouse and the other fincas to the work clothes of the staff. A 5 star well-being retreat extraordinary. Nothing is too much trouble no matter what time of day. They invite you to be at one with your surroundings. Simple, yes if you allow yourself to let go. Do as much or as little as you like. Listen within and simply be. It doesn't matter who and what you are. You are more than welcome. The staff want to be here. Be part of it all. The team and the place. A place of belonging. For us for a little while. And we are grateful for it. Soaking up as much as we can. Knowing it will last because you take it with you. In your heart. Thank you.

Hotel and grounds are so beautiful food 10/10 spa 10/10 rooms 10/0 ground 10/10 potential 50/10 coffee 1/10 wine selection 5/10 some wine is on the menu for €40 but £8.99 in tescos wifi 0/10 it didn't work at all for 5 days and poor phone signal means difficult to arrange anything including checking in!!! Room TV also not working peace and quiet - 5/10 far too many kids and babies crying - no way this is adults hotel the service is soooo slow - ordered food at 20:35 and the first plate arrived at 22:04- left after the starter and are from the mini bar

Nestled in an unspoiled oasis of olive groves and vineyards, Es Racò d’Arte delivers on the promise of connecting its guests to the essence and tranquility of nature. Blending minimalist design with soft neutral colors and natural materials of stone, wood, linen and jute, the resort succeeds masterfully in creating an airy sense of well-being. This place is beautiful and we loved the discreet and sober elegance emanating from every room. We wanted to love everything about the hotel but didn’t . . . . What they didn’t deliver was a level of 5 star service in the restaurant. While friendly and informal, the quality of the service was inconsistent - frequently not greeting guests when they entered, loud noises emanating from the kitchen with dishes banging and staff talking loudly amongst themselves, lack of knowledge about wines, forgetting to bring bread, or olive oil or extra plates when sharing entrees. . . During our stay there was a retreat with a large group of guests, and there were also several guests with young children , creating an atmosphere of a noisy cafeteria, rather than a quiet and relaxed space to enjoy dinner . The restaurant is need of a competent F&B Manager. There should be a dedicated room for families so that couples can enjoy a quiet space for themselves. Guests on a retreat should also have their own room separate from the restaurant so as not to disturb other guests. Es Racò d’Artà has a lot of potential and we hope they will live up to what they promise.

Hôtel dans la campagne au milieu des oliviers avec vue sur la ville d’Arta, belle piscine Décoration actuelle très réussie : murs blancs, couleur beige, pierre … Chambre très confortable et luxueuse Petit déjeuner très agréable dehors et buffet excellent Seul point négatif : le dîner très cher, prétentieux et pas très intéressant sur le plan gastronomique mais le cadre et le service étaient sympathiques

Traumhaftes Landhotel eröffnet 2020, entstanden aus einer aufgegebenen Finca. Die Küche ist seit 2024 stark verbessert und richtig gut geworden. Sehr empfehlenswert! Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Etwas außerhalb der ehemaligen Hauptstadt von Mallorca, des schönen Arta.
