I never write reviews, nor do I usually believe everything that I read, but I wish I had on this occasion and feel that I need to share our experience. We travelled as a family of 2 adults and 3 kids, so needed two rooms. Upon arriving, (after being dropped off a 10 minute walk away from the hotel itself!) we were told that we had been placed in different blocks nowhere near each other. Not a massive issue but we had hoped that booking together that this would have been taken in to consideration. One room was tiny with a double bed to share ( 1 adult, 1 child) a half bath tub to stand in to shower, the smell of sewage was awful! The other was 3 single beds in one room, TV wires loose and showing, cobwebs and dust everywhere. Bathroom was a 3/4 bath, broken tiles cracked walls, and rusty taps. Both were high up (floor 4 and 5), so quite daunting when you have children up there. Food was cold every time we attempted to find something to eat. Most of the time we had to venture out. Not ideal when you pay for all inclusive. Drinks in the bar were fine, and plenty of seating area. Games section is good, but all at a cost of €1 or €2 a game. The pool arrear was disappointing too. There are only about 15-20 sun loungers, and most of the area is covered by shade, so we spent no time out there at all. Tiny pool for how big the hotel is. It's as if they built the hotel and forget about a pool until much later! There is a seating area outside prior to the pool, however this was always taken over by smokers, so you could not sit out there with children. Luckily the beach isn't too far, so we had to go out daily to enjoy the sun. Evening entertainment each night we were there was a DJ. Music blasted out all day until he arrived and turned it up. We only stayed for 3 nights luckily and I don't think we could have stayed much longer. We sat yesterday waiting for our transfer and 4 police officers arrived to remove two males who has thrown a chair from a balcony, narrowly missing a child! They say you get what you pay for, but be prepared to be disappointed if you go for it.
