Location is perfect, convenient for everything. Staff was very friendly and speak good English. The only negative point was, the mini-bar or the small refrigerator was not functioning. We bought six-packs of beer for our stay but ended up drinking room temperature beer… Other than that, very good and clean hotel.

We loved our stay at the hotel! The bed linens were divine as were the pillow choices. I’d forgotten my toothbrush and was pleased to see an array of amenities and nice fresh robe. Breakfast was plentiful with excellent coffee. We will be back!

We have stayed in Logrono on many occasions, but this is the first time at this hotel. Handy, very central location, with underground parking, and very spacious parking, for a change ! Very clean rooms, excellent breakfast, good value for money. will be staying again next year.

A lovely 4 star hotel smack bang in the middle of town. We received a very professional and pleasant welcome and were given a large room on the 6th floor overlooking the Gran Via. Very clean, modern furnishings, with a fridge and free bottles of water. The marble-clad bathroom was large and had a bidet and bath. We had a very comfortable night. We would have been happy to give the hotel an excellent rating if it had been a little quieter. Although we were high up, we could hear road noise, the cleaner bumping around upstairs, and a fair bit of noise from the corridor. Also, for a four star hotel, I would have expected separate shower gel and shampoo, rather than an all-in-one lotion in a bottle, and a safe. It’s ideally placed if you’re travelling without a car, being about a 10 minute walk from the (huge and empty) train station and bus station.

The hotel was easy accesible, staff was very helpful. We received spontaneously an attention with fruit and cooled water! Breakfast was very rich with a lot of choices! The location was just outside the busy old center!

One of the worst hotels i’ve ever stayed in. 4 star? Maybe 1 star. It doesn’t look like it’s been decorated since 1972, it was old and tired. Not worth the money we paid. We are travelling across Spain and have stayed in many 1 star hotels that were a lot nicer.

Very nice location, and friendly staff. In the town center, very quiet room. Reception staff was very helpful and took time to answer to a few question we have.. Plenty of restaurants all around. 10' from Rioja airport.

We were travelling from the Costa Brava to Santander and broke our journey in Logrono. The hotel met all our expectations, the room was spacious and well equipped, the buffet breakfast plentiful and tasteful. It’s location meant we had an excellent tapas dinner in the cafe/bar next door

We were travelling back from holiday and picked this as an ideal stop over . It was challenging to find the hotel , however with help of Google maps satellite view we tracked it down . We were informed that we needed to park at the Central Gran via public car park as there wasn’t any hotel parking . The helpful reception gave directions and car park is nearby and costs 12 euros for 24 hrs . ( approx 5 minutes walk)It may be useful for this information to be made clearer for guests to avoid the initial stress of arrival . The hotel itself is in an ideal location for the centre of the town . Rooms were clean and comfortable ,staff friendly and helpful . Breakfast was good . We are planning on coming back next year and we know where to park now so arrival will be easier .

The location of the hotel is very good (right in the city center). The hotel is very old (the rooms are huge) and seems to have been adapted as best as possible but is not at the standard we expected for a chain hotel. Parking at the hotel is expensive and does not accommodate all types of cars. Mine didn't fit in the garage and the attendant recommended cheaper parking across the street (public parking). The breakfast was the biggest disappointment (we expected a coffee worthy of the flag) but it was worse than the one at IBIS (not that the one at IBIS is bad) but for the Mercuri's standard I expected much more. If you have another option in the city, I wouldn't stay at this hotel.
