The stay was very pleasant. Varsha and Vaishnavi(GRE) and other staff members helped us in smooth checkin and checkout. The property is amazing for friends, family and kids. Lot of activities for kids.Hope to visit the property again. Thank you!

Had an amazing experience with the Lagoona Resort from day 1. Best stay for the winter season. Food and service was excelllent. Grateful to the friendly staff especially Sakshi, Shanti, Ranan, Akash etc Didnt got chance to explore the swimming pool as it was very cold. Maybe will visit again in Summer.

Restarant ambiance was giid. Food was very good & service was also very good. . Nice staff with proper highly recommend staff like Sheetal who give their best as a service and hospitality. My big thanks to all staff and mainly Sheetal. Thanks.

Very nice place to spend time with your loved ones. We came here 12 years back and still the vibe, maintanance and feel of the place is the same. Would like to visit this place again with family and friends. Thank you lagoona and staff, management.

Awesome experience Clean room, friendly staff, lot of activities to do. Away from city noises Kids friendly Nice surrounding with hills and trees Awesome restaurant and outdoor dining Well maintained lawns. Ample space to move around in property

Very good hospitality, smooth checkin and checkout. Very cooperative and polite staffs. Tried to accomodate all your requirements. Good food. Stay was very comfortable. Located nearer to the city limits. Rooms were very neat and clean.

Very enjoyable stay. Nice facilities. Great service. The food was really good. Breakfast options were plenty. Friendly staff. All requests met very soon. They even arranged a car for sightseeing. I would recommend this for families and would come again. Thanks to all staff.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the food was quite good, the experience was tainted by the unprofessional and rude behavior of the receptionist. The staff member at the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful, staff member were not familiar with proper language. Their attitude completely undermined any positive aspects of the stay, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It’s truly unfortunate, as the food and other amenities were enjoyable, but the receptionist’s actions really destroyed what could have been a relaxing vacation. I hope the management addresses this issue, as it’s not reflective of the overall potential of the hotel.
