We loved our stay at The Lagoona Resort The food was beautiful The staff who served us at the Cinnamon/Patio was very namely Shakshi, Nitin, Chandini and vaishnvi were very helpful welcoming and always ready to help. The manager at the restaurant Mr. Rannan D’souza was very good we also met the executive chef he wad very humble and nice too The cleanliness was excellent Specially Kusum an Ashviny

The stay was pleasant and the staff was very accommodating and behaved well. Any problems were solved quickly and the staff was willing to help in their best possible ways. Overall we felt valued as customers and would recommend this hotel.

Room and facilities were okay. Food service can be improved. Front office staff were very cooperative and helpful. They helped us in our activities esp treasure hunt. Bath tub facility was not good. Two lamps were not working. Requesting to please check the room before assigning.

I have booked romantic package of them for which they charged additional then the normal package. I was excited about the place as was visiting first time but the experience I have that was so pathetic. I would like to say the service is so bad that is beyond imagination for a resort. While checking in they said you will be refunded 2k when we check out which was false information given to me. I don't expect refund of anything but I am pissed on the false information given while checking in. As a part of the package the cake was so bad in taste like spoiled, which we couldn't eat a single piece. The room which we where staying was fine but the electric kettle was not working. I understand that things might go wrong so I called reception and asked to changed it. But nobody turned for 2 hrs until I called 2-3 times. If you are planning to visit i would recommend please don't take the romantic package for which they are charging additional.

The stay was great Rooms were very spacious and clean. Housekeeping was very good at work and quick. And also Front office staff was very much helpful and polite Specailly Mr.Ankit, Rohit and miss trupti. Food taste was so good and even the activities were very much fun . Would love to visit again Thank-you so much for such a amazing stay.

Excellent activities for kids...kids were engaged with creativity like Magic show cake decoration.Keep it up. Loved the ambience & staff behaviour. Need to improve food quality a bit though variety was nice . Rooms are spacious & clean.Keep it up

We stayed at lagoona for two days and the experience was amazing. The service and staff there was good and also the food was delicious. Must visit place at lonavala. thank you for hosting us. we absolutely loved the place. It was a well spent weekend.
