DubleTree by Hilton Hotel London-Tower of London is very good place. I am first time with my family stay one night very excited and enjoy. The Service was great. The facility was nicely. We recently stayed here for the London Marathon 2022. We chose this hotel as the location was very close to the DLR station and very easy to get to Greenwich which was near the start. The hotel is hidden away off the main road but was very welcoming. Jeremy the Reservations manager looked after us and made our stay really lovely. We stayed for 3 nights and had a room on the 6th floor. The room was small but really cosy and quiet. Maybe could have done with a fridge in the room and some extra storage space but other than that an excellent stay. Breakfast was fabulous and on the morning of the Marathon extra food was put on and we could do down much earlier so we could digest our food before the run. Would stay again.

The service was immaculate as all staff was friendly and helpful. The room was nice and had a great view. There was even a complimentary ferry directly to Canary Wharf. One improvement would be that on the trip app there is a photo of pool however this hotel does not have one. After booking we saw the picture of the pool and brought swim costumes unnecessarily due to this. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay and would both recommend it to others and stay again myself.

Good location. Minutes of walk to Ealing common and walkable to Ealing Broadway. Easy to reach the hotel from airport. The bar downstairs serves good fish and chip. Hotel rate is reasonable and friendly front desk staffs. I stay in this hotel every time when on business trip to Ealing

This hotel is in a great location near the Victoria coach station and we stayed in a junior suite (2 parents in a queen and 18y.o. on pullout couch). There is no train or traffic noise to speak of and we had no disturbances from the outside. They were doing some construction which started about 8 AM but since we were early risers, it really did not bother us, but I could see how it could be a problem for those who want to sleep in. We opted to have breakfast at the hotel in the mornings and it was quite good and we enjoyed it even though it was basically the same buffet everyday but they do have a la carte options. We also enjoyed having a nightcap at the bar before heading up to bed and they have a nice seating area. Some other reviewers mentioned a weird sewage smell at times that comes from the sink. We did note it intermittently, but did not really take away from our stay. There’s a great breakfast place around the corner, called giraffe and two decent pubs around the corner Victoria taps, and Warwick. There also is a pastry place as well but we cannot recall the name on the same block. All in all, we would recommend with the caveats noted above.

The service is great.. every staffs are professional. I got a large room with balcony that I can see a small park opposite the hotel. Their shower room is very large and very safe for elder and disable with foldable chair for showering and emergency button at the toilet. Hair conditioner in amenity set.. this's attentive..I love it. The beakfast is various but none of veggie.. I deduct one point. About location.. it isn't on the main street this make it's peaceful but not far from the main street and mall.. I walked only 600 metres reach to Angel station and a big shopping mall.

If you're looking for a hotel to visit London, this is not the one. To give you an idea : Piccadilly Circus is about 1.5 hours to walk and about 45 minutes by taxi (expensive) and, if you're lucky, about the same by public transport (a mixture of walking, bus and tube... and a pain!) That said, if you need a hotel in this particlar area – which is actually nearer to Fulham than Sloane Square, then you could do much worse. The welcome was genuinely warm and we were made to feel appreciated. Despite checking in the previous day via the Hilton app., no room could be allocated, so we had to check in again at the front desk. The check in staff was charming and efficient and her trainee status was not evident. Our 6th floor room, well away from the renovation noise on the 1st floor felt, however, like a downgrade from the 'Queen' room we'd booked, as it had a double bed in it (150cm) – like Hampton Inns, which Hilton class as 2 categories below Doubletree. For Diamond members – who can expect room upgrades “up to a one bedroom suite” - this could be a disappointment. Queen beds are usually 160cm, doubles 150cm. If this hotel is selling doubles as queens, then I personally think this is a bit naughty of them. Also, despite the hotel stating that their 1st floor renovation work does not start before 9 a.m., they do not mention that the massive building project which half-encircles the hotel, starts well before this time and is constant throughout the day and, by the look of things, is destined to last for a long time yet. The room was clean, the bed comfortable although narrow and, apart from a few stains, the room was adequat for a one or two night stay. I wouldn't like to stay longer, as the bathroom is even smaller than a Hampton Inn – there's nowhere to put a toilet bag and nowhere to hang used towels. The shower unit is the same style as in Hamptons but much smaller than most. The toilet seat was loose and so was 'interesting' when using it, several plug sockets in the room did not work and the a/c and TV turned themseves off several times during our stay. Otherwise the room was well designed, with enough mirrors, work surface, chair, safe etc. and fridge that gets things cold enough – if you are willing to wait about 18 hours, that is! Don't expect a good sleep – the doors are not sound-proofed and are paper-thin. Room doors are also constantly 'banging' shut due to the spring mechanism. The lobby bar is well stocked but has slighly frightening prices. We didn't try the restaurant – choosing a Middle-Eastern restaurant 5 minutes' walk away – but the food we saw looked to be well-presented and seemed to be of the fast food type. The breakfast was, to be totally frank, extremely disappointing. The quality was good but the choice was extremely poor for a Doubletree and, in comparison to the maybe 30 or 40 Doubletrees I've stayed in, is by far the worst breakfast 'spread' I've seen to date. The bed in the twin room of this hotel is very big, and three suitcases can be opened side by side, which is beyond my expectation. Before coming here, I read the reviews that London hotels are small and similar to those in Japan, but much bigger than Japan. The guy at the front desk was very nice. He asked several times if I had allergies. I didn't understand at first, but he was very patient. It turned out that he gave us cookies. The cookies were so delicious! The breakfast is also OK. It is only a few minutes' walk from the Natural History Museum and V&A. There is also a Chinese restaurant nearby, Shanghai No. 10, which saved my Chinese stomach. Recommended!

Doubletree Hilton is always my go-to and having saved more money via trip and Hilton not price matching, i was worried I would not get my Hilton benefits. However, I was able to choose my room to check in as per, however Hilton seems to have a habit now of when you arrive finding out room has been changed and they apparently upgrading you but it's not actual upgrade! I was given choice of 2 rooms eventually and still pleased with it, Nice view, although a tad noisy on 5th floor facing the main road. Ample space, comfy bed, good size bathroom. Breakfast was actually one of the nicest I've had in a hotel in a long time. Front desk was very helpful and easy to deal with. Bar allowed me to get ice and water to take to my room. Location was spot on with access to tube and buses. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nearby 2 underground stations. Just opposite Hyde Park. Limited choice but definitely adequate for a simple breakfast. Rooms are quite compact, not much space for us to open our luggages, but the air-conditioning and the shower water pressure works very well for us. Pillows are too soft for us, need to use some towels to make it comfortable for us.
