Staff is very helpful and friendly. You can get all you need in check in counter . Easy to get hot water and free drink all day. If you just need a convenience place to sleep, highly recommended 😀

The location is very convenient, but if you arrive early, you are not allowed to leave your luggage, unless you pay £15 each luggage. Check in at 3pm and check out at 10am. That’s not good..
the room is super small. And without any toiletries beside 2 towel.

It is in an underground bunker. The hotel is just an en-suite room - no windows or extras such as toothbrush and extra amenities.

Customer service was exceptional and employees Janos & Saurabh were both helpful and kind.
The hotel room is quite spacious for a pod, with high levels of cleanliness.
Located in a central, convenient area. This is the ideal place for solo travellers that are looking for a relaxing place after a long day exploring.

This was my second time living here. My flight from the Netherlands was delayed, and I arrived in London a bit late. I was exhausted, and I could not catch the last train to my home. So, I chose to stay one night in London, and I chose to live here because the location was perfect and convenient to get around the centre of London. And also, my first experience living here really fascinated me. It is not recommended for people who do not waste time waiting for a lift, and every room does not have a window because the hotel is underground.

I understand that it’s a minimalist hotel but It’s very bare bones to the point where they don’t even offer toothbrushes but they can’t even provide a hairdryer.
The light in the room also kept flickering. Very disappointing.

Very bad service. I paid for two night, but when I check in the hotel,, the staff told me the room I booked for the first night was out of stock, so that he offers me a room for 4 persons. But I need to check out before 10:00am in the next day and check in for another room for 2 person after 12:00pm.This is really unbelievable and make me a lot of inconvenience.
Beside the location, this hotel is nothing good. Room is dirty and no furniture inside the room. Staff is not helpful and not nice for Asian. It was really a very bad experience for me .

Good location, new hotel in city center but the hotel located in underground may have underground sounds. Small room that expected and have no any amenities in room have only towels (no hair dryer, have to pay 10pounds for renting) if want luggage storage have to pay 15p/bag.

The location of the hotel was pretty good - signage to the hotel wasn't obvious but we found it without any issues.
With it being a basement hotel it had a few quirky sounds when flushing the toilet of running the water but wasn't a constant noise.
The one thing that we found very disappointing was the fact that you charge £15 per bag for storage and was blaming this on the fact that you can't leave them hanging around because of H&S issues so have to charge people for putting them in a separate room... what??? Are you serious??? Every hotel I have ever stayed in had always stored bags on a secure room at NO EXTRA CHARGE! For this reason, we will not be staying in this hotel again.

Everything was great, not too noisy as the tube service goes off at night, and the location is perfect.

My room is on the -5th floor. The room is actually nice, but the atmosphere is weird.
There are some strange noises at night. It wasn't the sound of trains or water pipes, those I recognized. This sound was made by someone inside the wall, similar to the sound of knocking on the wall and building a wall. It was so scary,I had to be woken up at 4 in .
When I tried to record it, the sound disappeared strangely. I tried to restore the original appearance to trigger the sound, I sat for over an hour observing this sound, cuz I really wanted to record it as , the sound did not appear . Finally, I have to check out at 6 and report this.
Please be sure to send administrator to check!!!

If you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, this is definitely not it. Whilst the rooms are free from distraction: with no TV/technology, literally zero outside light sources, and the beds are very comfortable, the walls are SUPER thin, which means you can hear every ounce of conversation from your neighbours. The flushes on the toilets in the rooms are incredibly loud, so you can hear every toilet from every angle (side to side, back and front, and above you) being flushed. Ironically, there are Ear Plugs provided when you enter the room, which makes me feel as if they are aware of the noise problems - not so good for a hotel that prides itself on offering a relaxing and peaceful stay.
This is the only Hotel I have ever stayed in that has charged me to hold my Luggage when I arrived early. They also have Irons available (which are typically provided with a hotel room), but they come at an extra cost to rent, too, which I think is appalling, given that there is nowhere to hang your clothes in the rooms.
Check in staff were pretty rude and unhelpful. I arrived a few hours early and asked if there was any way I could check in early: I was informed that my room was ready, but that there would be a £60 fee for an early Check In, or £15 fee to hold my luggage; granted, these fees are on the website FAQs page (which I hadn’t looked at), but if my Room was ready, I feel as though, my Luggage could have at least been stored Free of Charge in the empty room.
When my room was ‘cleaned’, it was not hoovered and my bed was not made - I just had two new towels dumped on top of my bed - this may have been due to the time that I left my room available for cleaning, but no-one could tell me what time the Daily Cleaning would take place.
For a Central London Hotel that had already charged a small fortune for the stay, I feel the additional charges they ask for are not justified, when most Hotels offer these amenities and conveniences free of charge with your stay. The location is one of the only redeeming qualities of this Hotel for me, along with the beds.
Their website states:
“Our subterranean haven creates an atmosphere of tranquility, offering a respite from the bustling city above. From premium mattresses to innovative soundproofing techniques, we ensure uninterrupted sleep”. And I hate to say that my sleep was never uninterrupted during my stay, because these rooms are definitely not soundproofed.
I did not raise my concerns with Hotel staff during my stay, as I had spoken to a few other guests who were having similar experiences, and I had a rather busy week, with no time to move my stay to another Hotel, should that be the only option available. However, I would not choose to stay at this Hotel again.
