Don't come if you're expecting a 5* hotel. But if you want to be a 15 minute walk from Central London, a clean bed and friendly service, this is the place for you. The people at reception were so kind and friendly, the room was clean where it mattered - who can keep cream carpets clean anyway - and the location was ideal. For the price, I would 100% return!

Didn’t get to experience the hotel. Had a booking on 19th Jan and they cancelled 4 days before my booking even though it was paid for upfront. Did not offer any alternative accommodation or give any reason. Blanked any requests from us and just came across arrogant.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Booked for 1 night to take my son on his first trip to London, booked well over a month ago and receive an email less than 1 week before to advise that they were cancelling my booking with no explanation. Absolute shambles of a company. If you’ve got any sense after reading this review, leave the website and book with one of the REPUTABLE chains like Premier inn, Ibis or Travelodge! At least you know what you’re getting with them for the same (if not less) cost!!!!

Very small room. 5th floor and no elevator 🤷🏽♀️ Not very clean as open half used shampoo bottle. Second day had towels left on bed no cleaning. Way over priced compared to other UK hotels. And no response to inquiries regarding over pricing. Watch as no cancelling or changes 🙁

The room we were given was in the "basement" (the floor below the street), but with windows. You can hear the footsteps of those above, and being under the front door, you could clearly hear all the people arriving at the hotel. The upholstery is completely detached and the carpet is not exactly clean. The bathroom must have been renovated, but is already showing signs of wear. The hairdryer is not there. For breakfast there is a coffee machine in the reception which makes a good product, and they offer packaged muffins - good. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist very helpful. The area isn't that great, but it's close to the transportation you need.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Me and My partner lasted just under 2 hours in this hotel before checking out and checking in to the nearest premier inn! Don't be deceived by the photos! First of all the facilities weren't great! The coat hanger on the back of the bathroom door was loose, the handle on the shower was loose, and the soap rack on the bathroom was rusty. The room is very small, I could take 4 steps from the bed and be at the door. No milk in the room on the tea tray. One coat hanger in the small cut out wardrobe! The appearance of the room was the second issue. There is wallpaper peeling from the walls in numerous areas of the room. Paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom, which has probably happened because the extractor fan didn't work. The BIGGEST and most important issue was the hygiene level! Under the bathroom mirror was black mould. Random parts of the wall were just mucky. The tea/coffee tray was dusty and had old wrappers in. We found other people's clothes labels in the bedside cabinet so this clearly hasn't been cleaned. Skirting boards are mucky. Dust in the bottom of the mirror. And we also found a nail at the side of the bed on the carpet! I've NEVER been to an accommodation that has been that bad that I've had to check out and try book somewhere else!! Please don't waste your time booking here!

Our stay was good. Simple hotel but with a great location and close to the subway…it has air conditioning, which was very good as we went in the summer…great value for money but there is no elevator in the hotel, the carpet could also be cleaner and the facade of the hotel is not the best. Same as it appears in the photos.

On the positive side, we can rule out the comfort of the beds and the proper functioning of the air conditioning. As for the location, there are metro stops nearby but the atmosphere of the area was not what we expected. The negative thing that we highlight is, without a doubt, the lack of cleaning, they did not clean the bathroom even on a single day, it gave the impression that they only stretched the duvet on the bed and that was it, which obviously seems very unhygienic to us.

Was perfect for my overnight stay. Room was small but nice. Bed was comfortable and everything thing very clean. Staff were helpful especially when I couldn’t open the safe! Would stay again. Edgware Road tube station a 6 minute walk away and took 20 minutes to walk to Park Lane.
