I'm a very frequent traveller.
This hotel is a scam.
It's listed as 5 star and it doesn't even qualify as 3 star.
There is no person to take your luggage up to the room when you arrive and when you decide to check out.
The rooms are tiny and barley can fit your suitcase when it is open.
The bathroom basins are blocked and i was told that they just need time to drain.
The hotel in general smells.
Do NOT book, unless you want a really unpleasant stay. As the 5 stars is false advertising.

The location is good, around 10 min walk to Paddington train station, so around 30 min to the Heathrow airport.
The hotel is very small, small room, small corridor. No wonder the price is a bit cheaper. doesn't seem to be 4 stars hotel.

Had a confirmed booking through agency and reconfirmed it over phone. Upon arrival the already terribly slow receptionist said I should go around the corner to their sister hotel, apparently the hotel I booked had maintanence issues. When I arrived at sister hotel they basically said they didn’t have a room for me. No help in finding another solution (this is 8pm). Very very unreliable - definitely stay away!!! (I ended up paying double in another hotel in the area) my colleague that booked for same day had the same issue!

Purchased a voucher from Wowcher for Ice cream afternoon tea with champagne. Booking was straight forward. When we arrived we were the only people in the restaurant and was told that we were getting traditional afternoon tea instead. Not a good start but what could we do we were there and hungry. The staff were pleasant and friendly and we got our bottle of champagne. When the food came there was no clotted cream! I asked where the clotted cream was and was told they didn’t have any. Clotted cream is shown in all photos of their afternoon teas. We had to ask for butter to put on the mini scones. It was a birthday treat for a friend which we’d traveled to London especially for and was very much looking forward to. It was a shame the hotel didn’t deliver on what had been advertised and having no clotted cream for an afternoon tea is unforgivable!

Good stay, good staff. The room was clean, spacious.the only thing missing is the hair dryer. Check in and chack out was quick. In particular Luka was a really professional and excellet receptionist, always available and ready to help the guests. Will reccomend!

Very friendly and well run hotel. Quiet local position but with all services you might need nearby and a variety of great restaurants. Service always faultless. Special mention to the front desk, ever helpful, and Laura in the breakfast room.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly stall who could nor be more helpful. Our luggage was taken from our taxi, at reception our check in was simple & straightforward. There were 6 of us in our group & we were given our keys & shown to our rooms, which were very clean, & tidy, VERY comfortable bed. There was a microwave, fridge, super shower/bathroom with underfloor heating (Real luxury). A complimentary bottle of wine & chocolates. Our 2 night stay included continental breakfast, which was a fantastic. Some of us upgraded to full English for just £5, but there was more than enough choices with the continental. When we were ready to out for the Evening or day, a taxi was ordered for us A big thank you to all the staff who could not do enough for us Moselle, Steve, Tabrez & Ignatius. We hope it won't be long before we visit you again.

This review is for the Indian Inspired Afternoon tea at Park Grand Lancaster Gate. We love this concept and the food is on point and absolutely delicious and well presented. Thank you to Ignatius who was our server and was very efficient and attentive. The afternoon tea is a great value and we would recommend it especially with Prosecco !

We booked using Buy a Gift (would not recommend Buy a Gift) but Steve on reception sorted out the issues created by Buy a Gift as they said our voucher wasn’t valid which it was. Nothing to do with the hotels fault. Steve sorted it without complaint and made us feel really welcome. The afternoon tea was first class with freshly baked scones and perfect sandwiches and treats. Really lovely and he made the experience really lovely even with the saga of having to contact Buy a Gift while there to get them to sort it. Thank you Steve, will be back but will book direct which is what I recommend everyone to do.

The room isvery good. Near the city center. Great services and experience here. Cozy and clean.Petronela is so friendly and helpful. I like it here very much, and I will come again next time. I think it's nice here. I feel like going home. I like it here. It's great.
