二度と利用したくないです。
一泊22,000円で今まで泊まった中で最も高く、最も狭い部屋でした。そしてサービスが機能しておらず、その上態度が悪い。
部屋が寒くてフロントに電話しても、「暖房はもうついてます」だけで、予備の毛布があるわけでもなく部屋の中でダウンジャケットを着てました。また、タオルは2日に一度の交換だと聞いていたので、2日目は仕方ないなと思っていましたが、3日目も交換なし。連絡すると、「分かりました。ちょっと待ってください」のあと音沙汰なし。再び連絡すると「確認させてください」と言ってまた音沙汰なし。また連絡すると、「係に確認したところ、交換したと言ってます」‥いやいやしてないから交換して！と言うと「5分待って」と言っても来ず。その後電話しても、電話も出ない。疲れて帰ってきて、翌日も早いので早くシャワーを浴びたいのに、結局持ってきたのが2時間以上経ってました。謝りもせず、「鍵がなかったから」だと。
ゆっくり心地よく休むことができることができないホテルは、ストレスにしかならないので、もう二度と利用しません。他の方も同じ目に合わないように、注意喚起のコメントを残します。
最後にひとつだけ。朝食はシンプルでしたが、食堂のおばさん達はとても親切で毎朝美味しくいただきました。

Nice entrance/reception, clean and prompt service when checking in. The room was clean and tidy. The location is perfect just a few minutes away from Paddington station. The area was nice and considerably quiet, so I was able to have a good night's rest and sleep. It was also nice that breakfast was included. Excellent hotel, it is the best so far amongst the hotels that stayed in Paddington. I will stay again, and tell friends also.

The hotel room is so small that you have to turn sideways to sit down on the toilet and put your knees against the wash basin after sitting down. The only advantage is that it is relatively close to Paddington Station, and you can get to Heathrow Airport in half an hour by train. The surrounding area seems to be a South Asian community, with restaurants and supermarkets full of South Asian Muslims and Turks. Needless to say, there is Sussex Chips (it seems to be called that) which serves pretty good fish and chips, and there is also KEBAB, which offers a lot of barbecue and naan dishes.
