Das lauteste Hotel in dem ich jemals gewesen bin. Sobald das Personal anfängt die Zimmer zu reinigen, ist schlafen nicht mehr möglich extrem laut sobald die Möbel über den Fliesen Boden geschoben werden wird es unerträglich. Schwere Holz Türen fallen in massive Holzrahmen die keine Gummi Dichtungen haben. Die Türrahmen haben keine Entkopplung von den Stahl Beton Wänden sodas, wenn Türen zufallen es ziemlich laut wird. Insgesamt gibt es im gesamten Gebäude keine Schall Isolierung. Fenster oder Terrassen Türen die nicht richtig schließen finde ich geht garnicht. Dadurch hört man den gesamten Verkehr, auch in der Nacht. Nachttisch sehr instabil fällt bei leichter Berührung fast um, also sollte man sehr vorsichtig damit sein. Das Personal beginnt mit der Arbeit ohne darauf zu achten, das ihre Gäste ungestört schlafen können. Das ist natürlich auch nicht ihre Schuld, den hier ist es die Schuld der Bauweise Zudem sind die Böden sehr rau also nicht glatt( in diesem Fall sind es Fliesen) und auch die schweren Holz Möbel die keinen Schall Schutz an den Möbel Füßen haben. So werden beim schieben der Möbel über den Boden extrem laute Geräusche erzeugt. Leider macht sich niemand Gedanken darüber. Mit ein paar Handgriffen und etwas Geld könnte man einiges sehr schnell und kostengünstig wesentlich verbessern, und die Qualität des Hotes hervorheben, den das Personal ist sehr liebevoll sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hier sollte sich das Management mal ein paar Gedanken machen und Geld in den schallschutz investieren (ein Tipp an das Management hören Sie sich das bitte einmal selbst an, und setzen Sie sich mit einer Tasse Kaffee in ein Zimmer und hören mal hin was Ihre Gäste morgen ertragen müssen). Ich komme immer wieder gerne nach Cebu, aber werde St Mark nicht mehr buchen.
