Nice hotel in a good location. The swimming pool isn’t part of the hotel but guests get a big discount to use the pool/gym.

Our room was clean but very tiny and very dated. Old heater on the wall. Bathroom had minimum and cheap products. View from window was not nice. The lobby and the rest of the hotel was all nice. The staff were not terribly warm and the hotel vibe was a cold atmosphere. Nobody seemed to be enjoying their job and seemed like they wanted to be elsewhere. Breakfast was just alright - not great and we felt not Covid safe. Everybody holding the same serving spoons and holding the bread loaf to slice bread. I did expect freshly made coffee and not a coffee machine. There was only instant decaf for those of us that don’t drink caffeine. We only learned after leaving that there is a pool and spa. Would have been nice if the front desk mentioned this. The hotel is in a very nice location across from the V&A and is quiet. We thought the hotel was overpriced but many of the hotels in London are. So overall nice hotel but not for us.

I'll persuade everyone to leave! The biggest failure of this trip to London was booking this hotel. Calling it a hotel is the biggest affirmation of it! Except for the good location, there is nothing else good, especially the front desk girl who only listens to the boss's arrangements and the arrogant and rude red-haired ***! The hotel has no service, no good environment, no delicious breakfast, and I can tolerate the musty smell in the room, but I prepaid 1,500 pounds for five nights! As a result, because I checked in two days later, I was asked to pay another 75 pounds on the spot. I had just got off the plane and had no cash with me, so I had problems with swiping my card. It would have been nice to have a treatment in the bathroom. The location was very good, right in front of the V&A. South Kensington Station doesn't have a lift and only has partial escalators, so if you're coming from the airport, it might be better to take a taxi!

This is where I always stay when I go to London. The location is completely central London, so you can travel anywhere freely. Also, the facilities are great and the breakfast is delicious.
