The location is the best part. Room was small but complete, no AC and it got very warm inside the room, great bed very comfortable, checking in was fast, they stored out luggage after check out, however the hotel didn't have any food service.

Hotel Arriva was adequate for our stay. Well positioned for amenities which was good . Accommodation was clean and basic. We were hardly in our rooms so lack of frills was not a problem. Staff were polite helpful. Very handy location. Very reasonable rates.

Couldnt see many downsides, the staff was friendly, the location amazing, we loved it.

Perfect location! Very close to London Kings Cross! Very good price, room was clean, spacious, nice and clean bathroom, fresh towels and bedding. Staff at the reception was very helpful. Hotel is basic but for this price absolutely perfect! And I could make myself cup of coffee in the morning (as there was a kettle in the room). Would definitely stay again, thank you 😊

Close to trainstation underground cheap hotel very basic though , plenty of shops and restura to near by

Reception kept missing from his desk. Not clean, not the best location. I got the basement room. But I can't complain with the price having been so cheap. Basically you get what you paid.

Good for one night stay over for train transportation. Convenient to eateries and easy access.

Good location, staff helpful. I liked that there was always someone at the desk. Noise from the street below wasn't too bad.

Good location for Eurostar. Would not stay here under any other circumstances. Rude check in man. Rooms averagely clean. Shower average. Basic bed with two basic pillows. No one available to check us out even though a supposed 24 hour desk. Way too expensive for what you get but useful for St Pancras.
