Kings Cross Inn Hotel

Firstly, they couldn't find any reservations they finally gave us a room with a view of kings cross. Perfect location for st pancras and kings cross, multiple restaurants, fast food chains. The room for 3 adults was very small, and I couldn't open the window as secondary glazing falling out with a large gap . Wooden window was mouldy dusty and with a crack in the pain. The curtains were dirty also. Toilet leaked all over bathroom floor this room had not seen a duster in quite sometimes. There was no sink plug, and the tv would not turn off. I asked the night desk person for a few more pillows as they were extremely thin and some. Batteries for remote he said he would bring them up, but there were no more pillows. Three hours later, another member of the party and I went back and again requested he said he thought i was coming back for Batteries however he still didn't have them ready?? After another member of the party stated this and that more pillows were needed again and a sink plug would be nice. He appeared a little while later with all of the above and pillows. There is no parking outside this hotel, so we parked at the ncp Kings cross 8 min walk £24.00 24h.

There was a bad smell in the toilet and in the room and the sink was broken.

The space and lay out of the room is ok. Not too small as other hotel. Very close to King Cross station. Only reception wasnt avialable at the desk all the time. He always goes somewhere else, need to wait most of the time.

Great location, the hotel just opposite the King Cross train or tube station. Lots of restaurants around. Free to store luggage. We are lucky to get an upgrade of room . Platform 9 3/4 is nearby . Our first stop after stored the luggage before check in time.

Just a few minutes from the Underground, the location is very convenient and the room is comfortable.

I had 5 luggages to store and the counter asked us to sign 5 separate labels. I wish they could automate this.
