Great 3night stay, location is very good, very close to elisabeth line connecting without change to Heathrow airport, and holborn tube station, food and drinks are great and common area downstairs is very practical to meet people during the day and in the evening. We will DEFINITELY be back very soon

Small and narrow rooms, doesn’t providing sleepers

Excellent location and service. Staff in front desk are gorgeous and helpful. Supermarket nearby and opens til kid night. The only thing need to improve is the lighting. Definitely too dark with the weather. Room size is small even with one upgrade. No slippers provided or to buy, pls bring ur own.

The location is still very good, very close to the British Museum. The room is ridiculously small, it is difficult to turn around, and the lighting is very dim. The most important thing is the security and...same, there was a robbery in front of the hotel. Please consider carefully.
