The hotel I have admired for a long timeđ¨ is in a very advantageous location in London. As soon as I entered, I was struck by a combination of retro and modern charm, which I really liked. English aesthetics, colorful plaid decoration, the hotel is covered with flowersđ and colors, full of artistic atmosphere. The tea and snacks in the lobbyđś a rose room are very unique. Breakfast is behind a rather secret door in the lobby. It is very beautiful inside. The morning is full of sunshine. It is half self-service and half order, and it is also deliciousđ
The room is small (this is the case throughout the whole trip), and the orientation is not good, but the room I booked is also average price.
Excellent location 3 minutes walk to Piccadilly subway station 10 minutes walk to Chinatown 10 minutes walk to shopping street Oxford Street It is convenient to cry 2 minutes walk to supermarket Tesco metro! The hot croissants bought in the supermarket in the morning are delicious! The breakfast at the restaurant is also delicious. The key service attitude is too good. The people are very handsome. I get tired from the plane. My mother is very tired. Facilities are good, no smell, very clean and good value for the price!
The Stafford is a small 5 Star and used to be the âsister hotel to the Ritzâ. It was forced to close during Covid on a number of occasions so we haven't visited for 3 years. If anything it's even better now than it was - quite a feat. We were given a Deluxe King on the third floor, a nice room with a view over the terrace/courtyard. My lady who is quite small found the bed quite high to get into (as usual, they really are quite high) but one of the most comfortable of any hotel we've stayed in, ever. Room service is precise and speedy and the Room service menu ranges across both the Restaurant and American Bar menus - we'll give a name check to Mahir who went over and above on a number of occasions. We decided to eat outside where possible due to Covid so the American Bar Terrace hosted by Viviana looked after us splendidly. The food is splendid. The Hotel has lost its âSuper Doormanâ, Charlie and Head Concierge of years, Frank, but has replaced them with excellent and very personable staff. In all a wonderful 8 day break and it was good to be back 'home'. Highly recommended for those who like smaller luxury hotels with traditional 5 Star service where nothing is too much trouble with no corners cut.

I was looking at the Biltmore and the Waldorf but decided to stay at the Trafalgar as they have bigger rooms than the Biltmore and the Waldorf looks like it is in desperate need of an upgrade. Everyone was very polite and helpful apart from one staff member, more on that later. I was upgraded to a Suite on arrival but requested a toom with two beds instead which was granted. The Nelson double room is very spacious and modern. It faintly smelled of mothballs whenever you entered the room and the smell then quickly disappeared. We noticed that one of the beds was sagged in the middle and this was very quickly resolved by the maintenance team and was not an issue for us at all. The only reason i mention it in my review is because Alejandra apologised a thousand times for this âinconvenienceâ and even send us Macaroons and drinks to the room as an apology. During checkout, Alejandra apologised again and made sure our stay was perfect. There was a key card under the bed which was covered with dust as was the carpet under the bed. Cleanliness regarding this could obviously be better as dust can trigger allergies. The service of the staff at Trafalgar is above that of all other Hilton properties in London and certainly a step above from general hospitality service in Europe. I would give the service at Trafalgar a 9 based on European standards and a 7 based on Middle-Eastern and Asian standards. Breakfast was so highly rated in many reviews of this hotel which also influenced my choice, i was expecting an absolute feast. Unfortunately, breakfast was quite disappointing for us. Staff was great apart from someone who i can only describe as a North-African young woman with shoulder length curls who did not want to give us one of the three empty tables available in the Breakfast room with only 40 minutes available for Breakfast as she was keeping those for families of 7. This is rather absurd and we ended up taking one of the tables anyway as i wasnât going to sit where she suggested which was away from everyone else. Breakfast in any hotel, especially 5* is always based on first come, first serve. You canât deny your guest seating space at breakfast as if you were running a dinner service. Vegan options are very, very limited. Fruit selection is even more basic than what you can get at any supermarket in London. There was only Cantaloupe, Watermelon and Pineapple. There were Apples and Bananas for grabs but that is still not enough. Pastries are miniatures which is really shameful for a breakfast buffet. Only sausages available were Pork, no vegan and no Chicken so unfortunately no sausages for me. Itâs basically a full English and thatâs it. You could order A-La-Carte but that wasnât special either. We had Amex Platinum credit so we used that for one of the dishes which was not special for the ÂŁ15 asking price. Room service was basic as well. Food arrived with a very friendly staff member but it was slightly cold. All in all itâs a good hotel fo
Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location , staff so welcoming before you even get inside they are outside smiling & welcoming you , doing what they can to assist you. Reception & concierge are fantastic , cases delivered to our room almost instantly. The bar restaurant & afternoon tea was 100/100 we will definitely be back , felt like home
This hotel is very clean and well located.
The second time I stayed at this hotel, the last time I was on a business trip a few years ago, the company booked on the extranet platform, and the stay was good. This is a personal trip, but there are some different experiences.
The room is divided into five stalls. Because of the 28-inch suitcase, I don't want to live in such a crowded place. I set a club room in the middle stall (32 square meters). Open the door of the room and enter the bedroom through the narrow aisle. It can basically reach the standard of âgo to bed when you enter the houseâ. The luggage can just be unfolded, but it is stuck between the wall and the bed after expansion. There is no walking space. To go to the bathroom requires a large Jumped over.
A small window, the scenery outside is moving, strange pipes accompanied by the low noise of the machine. The contact hotel was told that there was no room to change, and that the room was full (obviously there were plenty of rooms on the night of each booking platform), and contacted Ctrip, saying that âthe hotel has been contacted, the room type is correct, as for the noise, there is no way out of room,â If you are afraid of noisy, please keep the windows closed â...
I booked a room with breakfast and welcome fruit, but the hotel said that Ctrip did not inform, so no fruit without breakfast. After contacting, the hotel even said âGive me breakfast for you.â The price at the time of booking is obviously early. Why give it away?
As a Ctrip Diamond member for many years, I do feel some discomfort. Do I have to choose an overseas platform channel to âplease stayâ when I book an overseas hotel?
The perfect location in central London. Close to so many restaurants and shops. Easy to get around on buses or a 3 mins walk to Green Park Station. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning works. The best home away from home

Wonderful experience stayed in The Clermont London, Charing Cross.
Good staffs, services, restaurants. As well as the great location, it's actually located in the best spot of London, close to the museums, subway, and train stations.
Will definitely recommend people to stay here, and I'll also surely come back again.
