Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter*innen bei der telefonischen Reservierung, in der Rezeption und in der Küche. Reinigungsservice hat noch Luft nach oben: Haare von vorherigen Gästen im Zimmer und im Bad, Zimmer werden nicht täglich gereinigt, Reinigungspersonal platzt schon vor 08:00Uhr lautstark ins Zimmer, während Gäste noch schlafen. An der Dusche fehlte unten ein Silikonstreifen, was dazu führte, dass das Bad bei jedem Duschen geflutet wurde. Patschnasse Handtücker wurden nicht täglich ausgetauscht.

Leider kam mitten in der Nacht einfach jemand in unser Zimmer.
Als wir dies am kommenden Morgen (Rezeption nur bis 23:00Uhr besetzt) anmerken wollten, und eventuell eine Entschädigung haben wollten, wurde uns lediglich die 5€ Parkgebühr erlassen.
Es bestand leider keinerlei Verständnis für unsere Situation.

Someone came to our room at midnight. He had a key and just opened the door and entered in the middle of the night ...
The hotel was under construction and we havent been informed .
Breakfast was one of the worst in Germany.

DANKE für den angenehmen Aufenthalt. Tolles Hotel mit einer sehr ansprechenden Ausstattung und einem absolut guten Frühstück. Alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind mit sehr viel Sorgfalt und Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
