It was a Great Hotel, the location is great, very well connected to subway, lots of restaurant and fast-food around. The rooms and the facility is great, especially the 7th floor pool deck the staff there are very friendly, room is very comfortable and spacious, clean, have all amenities I needed, including the slippers which I used for the pool side. Some of the receptionist are very friendly, courteous especially the girl who extended my checkout time and the gentlemen Manny they made me feel home, also the concierge gentleman, I am from Asia and you definitely need people like them to make you comfortable. on the other had there were some receptionist who don't even want to smile, a smile cost nothing, it is because of these couple of them that the hotel might not get the guest back. Over all I will for sure come back again and there is no need for me to stay in other places, i use to stay in sheraton grand, but now I recommend this hotel and also myself will stay here again for sure. I planned stay 1 night but I stayed for while the trip in LA. in bathroom everything perfect Bedlinen super fresh and soft bed Style of room just cool Size a small but it’s acceptable Lovely restaurant downstair with good coffee at bar Location is convenient , next to Loui , Italian restaurant, and around the corner of the house bar with life music , excellent jazz band concert Ah I love it , definitely I’ll came beck

The Ritz-Carlton Los Angles is one of our most favorite hotels but on our recent trip it was a whole new level for two reasons 1) super sweet upgrade (thanks Bonvoy Ambassador team)and 2) club level access. The Room The Executive Suite is a stunning room. The hotel offers several configurations. Some have a half bath, some offer a connecting room and some are accessible. Regardless of configurations all offer a spacious living/dining room, spectate bedroom, stunning bathroom and killer views. The executive suite is great for couples looking for a bit of extra space (more than a thousand square feet) to spread out, families or those travel on business and need space for work. Club Lounge If you’ve never had the opportunity to experience the Ritz-Carlton Club Level it is an experience to be had. Unfortunately Ritz-Carlton does not offer elite access to the club level so you’ll have to pay for it - Burd it’s worth it. The offerings vary by hotel but this club offers a full hot breakfast, lite lunch mid day, snacks, evening appetizers and desserts, beer and wine all day and evening cocktail service. This is all included in the room rate along with an incredible concierge team. The Hotel The hotel is tranquil, private and offers discrete luxury. Even though the JW Marriott and Ritz-Carlton share a building the experiences can not be anything farther from each other. From the private lobby, to beautiful rooms, to the well equipped fitness center to the tranquil rooftop pool The Ritz-Carlton Los Angeles does not disappoint.

Amazing stay. We’ve stayed a handful of times at the Waldorf Beverly Hills which we also love, but I think this will be our new go-to Hilton property in Los Angeles as it’s at a much more attractive price point. The service was what really stood out. Extremely friendly front desk, bellmen, drivers, and wait staff. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded us to a beautiful suite and provided treats and champagne. Pool was beautiful and huge considering the area. Food was delicious, albeit extremely expensive which is our only criticism of the property. We are excited to come back.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough!The staff are super friendly and went out oif their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible.Xaviera the manageress is fantastic and Kevin's High Tea in Lilly Rose is to be experienced!The rooftop restaurant is amazing ,has a fantastic vibe and the Beyond Burger is my favourite along with the weekend brunch.The only thing this hotel lacks which I really wanted was a rooftop pool for days lazing around the views of LA are amazing.The location is perfect for shopping and the Metro is a 4 minute walk.The rooms are serviced regularly and are clean and comfortable.I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to my friends .My advice is go for it you won't be disappointed

I came to LA for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. This hotel was so cute and clean. The cafe/food was also delicious. Not to mention Aisha at the front desk was amazing! She made sure my stay was a good one. I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back.

The room was clean and comfortable for sleeping; the staff was friendly; we enjoyed the pretty deck for outdoor lounging. But so many things were broken: the wifi didn't work (the nice manager gave us an upgrade); the TV controls didn't work; the pool heater was broken so the water was freezing; and the espresso machine at the beverage stand was broken 4 of our 6 days. Way too expensive for such flawed facilities! The worst thing was the location: it is in an ugly desolate area of huge corporate buildings with flashing neon ads and 10-story booze ads, next to big fast roads and parking lots and piles of garbage, no retail, no green space or art, few restaurants and no street life except for the many men lying on the sidewalks, mostly not bothering us, but a couple of them scary. We came for a conference and decided to add on 3 nights - a mistake. When we read the location was ”downtown LA,” we imagined coffee shops and stores and public art; we didn't realize we'd be in an ugly corporate dystopia.

Although the hotel is a bit old and the elevators are quite old, the service here is pretty good. For parent-child groups, their attitude is quite friendly, and the bellman and valet staff are very kind. We are also willing to give tips. Bellman is very kind to my children. We push the baby stroller. Bellman first helps me push the baby stroller and then unload all the luggage. This is a human touch not found in other restaurants. I highly recommend family groups. Chinese friends come here to stay.
