The hotel is very good and clean. American breakfast, a bit simple, there are fruit, bread, milk, coffee, yogurt. Parking seems to be charged, you can consult. The boss’s service was very warm, and a small bottle of ice mineral water was sent for breakfast. The bathroom is a bit small, the others are quite good.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and had very pleasant experience. All staff were helpful and treated us friendly and courteously. Location is conveniently with parking garage and entrance is safe. Our room faced freeway, but it's not noisy. Room was very clean. Free Breakfast was very good. Sausages and bacons were not oily. We were treated well and generously. The welcome snacks and drinks were another lovely surprises. We had a very positive experience in general staying here.

Nice clean and quiet despite being on busy Pico Blvd. I did have a room away from Pico so I'm sure that helped. Super clean, great shower and comfortable bed with fluffy bedding. Room came with a cute kitchen area. Convenient to Big Blue Bus stops which are fabulous for getting around Santa Monica and surrounding areas. I plan on staying here again!

My one bedroom suite exceeded all expectations. It felt like a large apartment with all of the kitchen amenities I would’ve needed. Unfortunately I only stayed two nights, but I could’ve stayed longer. The hotel staff are ultra professional and friendly. It was hot in LA when I was visiting and the air conditioning was perfect. Not loud in the bedroom and just the right temperature for a restful evening. The bed was super comfortable. The shower had great temperature and water pressure. The free ETRO products were a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel. The Hotel is in the Westwood neighborhood which has really good food options including tender greens, Noah’s bagels, Starbucks, and Trader Joe’s.

The location is so convenient. The front desk personnel are nice. The housekeeping is not so good. Some towels and shower curtain looked a bit worn. The housekeepers are rude. They come into your room when it is occupied which is not nice at all.
