The hotel and the rooms are absolutely beautiful, tidy, clean and comfortable. The amenities offered in the room smelled amazing! Also, an amazing service by the very friendly and solicit staff, and their breakfast was delicious! They also offered bikes for the guests to use. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it!

The hotel is very nice and artistic. You can give alms at the door of the hotel. The kid got up at 5 o'clock in the morning and his eyes were still swollen. The service staff noon at the hotel front desk was very nice. Thumbs up!

A historic building. The garden view has a balcony and a relaxing atmosphere. There are many plants in the spacious grounds and you can hear the sounds of birds and insects. Environmentally friendly service. Within walking distance to the city center. Good service at the reception. The coffee in the room is delicious. Daily fruit service is also good. The breakfast buffet does not have Laotian dishes and is simple Western food, which is disappointing for the value for money. A quiet and relaxing stay for adults. Recommended.

The room is old, there is almost no one at the front desk, and the early check-in for members is not available even if the order is wrong. It is the only bad hotel among the three hotels in Luang Prabang. Definitely not recommended.
