This hotel is fabulous. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The facilities are great and it’s generally quite around the site. The rooms are spacious and bed very comfortable. The shuttle to downtown is very handy. Just one thing, I was woke by a gong at around 3:30am every morning.

After seeing the reviews of this hotel on Xiaohongshu, I decisively booked this hotel, and it certainly lived up to my expectations. You feel at home and at home! On the day we arrived, the boss told us that he had a washing machine, free laundry, a drying platform to dry clothes, and a kitchen for cooking. He also introduced us to the morning market, night market and the time to participate in alms. In short, if you have any questions, the boss will help you. The boss is Chinese, so communication is very convenient for us who are not good at foreign languages. The exchange rate at his house is higher than exchanging money at the checkpoint or on the street. He also helped us rent a car to Xiguan Waterfall and the high-speed rail station. Try to help us save money on car rental. When we go to Xiguan Haobu, we rent a business car. The car can accommodate 7 guests. One car costs 70W kip. The boss helped us make an appointment for 6 people, which costs 12W per person. We also went to Dazhou on the way. I fed the elephants in the Elephant Garden, and went to the internet-famous Rice Field Coffee on the way back from Xiguan Waterfall. The location of his house is great. It's 1 to 2 minutes' walk from the river and 3 minutes' walk to participate in almsgiving. Get on a 40,000 kip minibus from the station, and the driver will drop you off at the roadside in front of his house. Don’t worry about not being able to find the hotel you booked when you go to Luang Prabang for the first time. The four of us are independent travelers who are all over 70 years old and are not good at foreign languages. It is very convenient to stay in his hotel in Luang Prabang. Hotel offers a luxurious experience at an incredible value. Spacious, clean rooms with beautiful decor provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere. One drawback is that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes here

Regardless of the front desk or the restaurant, all the staff are very welcoming. The room is very clean, and there is no dust on the countertops, tables or even the floor.

The staff are so lovely here. Very accommodating and always have a smile on their face. The room was very spacious which was a god send for us as we had been travelling for a few weeks in Vietnam beforehand, and some of the rooms we stayed in were quite small in comparison. They provided amenities and a stocked mini bar. The rooms are located with a few metres of the night market, and the morning market starts just outside the front gates of the accommodation. The people there were so quiet that you couldn’t hear what was happening outside of your room or on the street. We did have a bit of a giggle at the sleeping arrangements, as the bed was two pushed together, but this didn’t bother us. The door we had was a bit tricky as it was wood and seemed to get stuck… quite possibly due to humidity.. but a bit of elbow grease doesn’t hurt. Breakfast was great with fruit served along with your choice of meal. I opted for the noodle soup one morning and the second morning eggs. Very tasty. The meals were very generous. They even kindly packed us takeaway breakfast as we had a morning flight to catch to our next destination.

I choose this hotel due to the decoration style and location also now rate is good. Hotel is small but convenient, location is great ; nearby by the river and tourist attractions. Staff service is excellent, all are very helpful with smile. Room is good, clean but wall and ceiling need to touch up. Breakfast is not variety, I prefer to have local foods outside the hotel.

I stayed here for one night as part of a larger Lao road trip. Having been constructed in 1937 during the French Colonial period, the building (house number 323), is a UNESCO-protected heritage site. Beautiful local hardwood is used throughout the structure and adds a level of charm that many other accommodations lack. The room was clean, large, well-appointed, and comfortable. The hot water, refrigerator, air-conditioning, and wi-fi worked well. The bedding, linen, pillows, towels, etc. were in good condition. I paid $27 USD per night on hotels.com, apparently, the walk-in rate for this same period is $26 USD per night. This is a fair price for this style of budget accommodation. I would stay here again for sure.

We spent 3 nights in this small hotel. The rooms are correct, clean but very spacious. The staff is very nice and despite the language barrier, try to satisfy us as best as possible. We have to order the evening if we want eggs. Otherwise we are a group of 12 people, the only on the hotel, and a certain lack of organisation despite the good will of the hotel. I am a solo traveler in my 50s. Most hotels in Laos are small-scale. The staff are very friendly. Breakfast is plain bread and coffee. The location is good, with many shops nearby and close to the Mekong River (1 minute walk). Hmong Ahi Market is also close by (5 minutes walk). There is also a Miniso nearby, but it doesn't have many items. I bought sunscreen and a band next to the Miniso pharmacy. Currency cannot be exchanged at the hotel. The room is not that clean by Korean standards. Some complaints are covered up by the kindness of the staff.^^ It seems like a lot of European travelers stay here. Overall, I am satisfied with the price.
