Omg this hotel was incredible. We were with a group of 18 and were staying 2 nights. Check in went very smooth. The owners/workers were absolute Gems! Staff was so friendly and helpful. You have to take your shoes off at the front door or you can take them off and put them on the inside shoe rack. Which I really liked. It also probably help keep there stunning wooden floor looking so darn good. The whole place was so clean it sparkled. We were on the second floor. It has this really cool looking stair case. Our room was a really good size. My mother and father in laws room was a bit smaller but still stunning. The bathrooms were incredible and looked to have recently been reno'ed. The shower always had hot water. It was the first hotel room that I didn't get any bug bits from. They did not have a funny mouldy smell. I don't believe this place had ac but it did have a ceiling fan that did the job (Im a night sweater). Wifi was free and worked really good. There was a mini fridge with water in it. They served a really good breakfast out of the smallest kitchen eve. It is the only meal they sever but there is a convenient store across the street for snacks and local & international restaurants around every corner. It was in a good very quiet location. Lots of things were in walking distance. If not the front desk would order you a tub tuk. They will arrange laundry to be picked up and sent out. It did take about 24 hours. So if you are going to the Kuang Si Fall the next day maybe don't send your swim suit to be washed. Would stay here again in a heart beat! I actually didn’t want to leave.

What a find! Away from the main street although easily walkable to the night market and bars and restaurants. Carefully prepared breakfasts which we both enjoyed. Rooms are large and individually decorated, cleaned daily. Really loved the beautiful decor. Service was excellent. Any query was answered fully and suggestions for activities and restaurants given if and when required. There was a lovely pool area with beds and chairs too. All in all I would thoroughly recommend this boutique hotel for families or couples.
Sofitel Luang Prabang

It is one of the best hotel experiences we have had in over 30 years of travel. Without a doubt, the professional and charming staff helped a lot with the attention provided, and a service always above expectations. The facilities are impressive, nothing more beautiful than the central patio with the small pond and the garden, as well as the large common pool area, a 10! The breakfast has a high quality, a lot of variety on offer and they are always willing to prepare a more filling dish for you. The toast with avocado and poached egg is recommended, a great way to start the day. We found the room we were assigned to be one of the best in the hotel, with several separate spaces and a private pool. To stay here many more days. They should improve the Wi-Fi connection in that area of the hotel, given that we were barely able to connect in the room during the days we stayed. Having to work at some point, this represented a problem, which I quickly forgot with a dip in the pool. Thank you to all the staff for your extraordinary work.

To be honest, the big bed room I lived in on the first day was not satisfied. Although there was no problem with hygiene, the house was old. If you listen to me, then you will add some money to upgrade to a suite after you arrive at the store (this room type cannot be booked online for the time being), a completely different experience and housing quality. Because it is a world cultural heritage, there are no too new hotels in the old city of Luang Prabang, so you don't have to look at the opening of this point in 2023. Remember to add about 30 knives to change to a suite. The boss and the person in charge of Trip.com are Chinese, and there is no problem with communication.

We have just spent 4 fantastic nights at Liberty Place. The owners are so so lovely and friendly, they can’t do enough for you. The rooms are lovely and spacious. We had our breakfast on the balcony outside which was nicely set out and decorated. The location is great right in the centre of Luang Prabang, near to the night markets and not far from the Mekong River. We did not use the bicycles however they are free to use and we used their laundry service which was done very quickly. They helped us with a situation one of our friends were in and helped book a tuk tuk when they were lost near the waterfalls without any transport. They went above and beyond to help get our friends back to their hostel when they had no way of getting back! We booked our train tickets to Vang Vieng through the guesthouse. Great price and extremely helpful. There were also other tickets, tours and trips that could also be booked as well. We would highly recommend Liberty Place for anyone travelling to Luang Prabang and we would certainly stay again.

#positive #I was happy with the Nearby Restaurants, Natural Light in the Room, Room Layout, Corridor Soundproofing, Convenience of Transport; Madam, today is the morning of February 4, I am the Chinese guy who asked you to help me buy a ticket to Wanrong. Because I was too anxious to forget to give the housing key to your little worker, please don't blame him when you see the information, thank the boss for receiving and helping. The proprietress of this store can solve many daily tools and attractions train ticket handover in Chinese.

A wonderful hotel with a private garden, transformed into the residence of the last prince of Laos, making it unforgettable! The price is very high and the service is really warm and sincere! There are many high-end hotels in Luang Prabang, such as the magnificent Avani Amman, but overall, I personally think that this should be the most cost-effective hotel in Luang Prabang, and I will definitely stay here next time
