We stay there to get the service on our vehicle up-to-date. As always it’s always a enjoyable and good stay.

Upon check in, our room has: 1. Incomplete items, like bath and hand towel, toilet mat. 2. Aircon and TV remote control is missing. We need to wait for several hours as the maintenance personnel kept the remote. 3. Door Keycard is not working you need to use the key to open the door 4. The hanging TV shelves is very hazardous, my.young granddaugther hit her face. 5. We requested for a cube ice for emergency use didnt came. 6. Breakfast buffet was not refilled. The hotel need improvement with their services

It’s an old hotel in downtown Lucena. Had a hard time confirming my reservation when I called them letting them know that we will check in late. Our room got upgraded but again, the hotel is old.

We saw cockroaches in our room and also the water from bathroom smells like really bad specially in toilet bowl the water spray there and we don’t know where’s the smells came from hope they fix it

My wife and I had a wonderful time there. The front desk lady and the waitress treated my wife and I so kind. This hotel has great employees and we are going to return.

The room facilities are old, damaged and not updated. The online booking price is very different from the on-site price. If you adjust the room type, you need to make up the difference according to the original price in the store. The newly added beds are given very thin sheets, and the quilt is required, and the price will be increased. The sewer smells bad.

It's in the middle of the city, so it's noisy at night.Even the deluxe rooms are small.Bath towels are provided, but hand towels are not.

Booked hotel for 6 nights. On the second day, the toilet was clogged and I asked front desk to send someone to fix it. We didn’t plan to sleep there that night and we came back the following day with water outside the bathroom and toilet still not fixed. I had to demand to be transferred to another room which they did after I made a big deal about it. Hotel refused to make any other accommodation for their inefficiency.
