Very nice hotel, very nice stay! Location super.

Good room, kind staffs, and an exquisite elevator😉

The place is lovely, very close to the train station and the staffs are friendly. We even got a free room upgrade for our honeymoon there. Definitely would recommend a stay there! :)

The hotel and rooms are very new. The top floor room has a view of the cathedral. The same convenient and well-decorated rooms in Paris are more than twice as expensive. There is a retro elevator on the 1st to 5th floors, which is very interesting.

It's about a 3-minute walk from the station across the traffic lights. It's close and convenient. There was a bottle of mineral water in the fridge, and a PAUL box on top of it. I thought, "Hmm?" and when I took it out, liquid was dripping from the corner. It was probably something left behind by a former guest. Other than that, it was clean. The hair dryer was the type that you had to keep pressing with your finger, and if you loosen your finger even a little, the air stops, so it was hard to use, but I guess that's overseas quality. lol The security in front of the station is not terrible, but there were quite a few strange people even at 9pm in the summer when it was still daylight. As a Japanese person, it seems better to return to the hotel between 7pm and 8pm. There is a Carrefour supermarket about a 3-minute walk away.

Convenient transportation, the room is big enough (compared to other hotels in France), and there is a balcony to enjoy the beautiful view of Strasbourg train station during the day and night. The breakfast is average, but the bathroom is equipped to 5-star standards

What's more terrifying is that at about 1:30 p.m. yesterday, someone suddenly swiped a card to enter our room without any questions or permission. My family and I looked at each other in bewilderment because we were lying down to rest. Who wouldn't be scared when a stranger suddenly broke into a hotel abroad? ! Because the door lock of this hotel cannot be inserted into the room (it cannot be locked from the inside), we were also very worried when we went to bed at night. At nearly 12 o'clock last night, I was still asking Ctrip about the communication with the hotel, what the situation was, and how to deal with it.

Room 301 faces the patio, and the lighting is not good. The space is not large. The air conditioner is basically not turned on. You have to adjust it yourself at night to get cool air. Or open the window for ventilation. The cleaning is not very clean. There are a lot of short hairs on a pillowcase and on the toilet. There was no drinking water in the refrigerator when I checked in. The front desk brought two bottles. The next day, I got a bottle of water downstairs. On the third day, another female front desk was on duty. I called for water and said it would be charged. I bought a liter at Carrefour next door for a few cents. The service standards are not uniform. The surrounding environment is quite lively and safe. You can see the hotel when you leave the train station. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the church. It is quite convenient. The scope of play is not large.

It is opposite the train station and convenient for traveling to various attractions. However, the room window cannot be opened. The air conditioner can only be turned on after communicating with the front desk. The air conditioner switch in the room is just for decoration.
