We had a twin room. It seems like all twin rooms face the train track so we could hear the sound a few times in the evening. Good quality toiletries are provided. The tram stop is 500 metres walk and we prefer to take Uber or bolt which is just about 10 euros one way. Strasbourg is well known for its gastronomy. Eat well here! I highly recommend L’eveil des Sens! Take a day trip to Colmar or stay a night there. Hotel let us leave our luggage overnight and we packed a bag pack to Colmar for a night.

Very good service at this hotel where I stayed for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is within walking distance of the European Parliament building. Very convenient location. From the station or to the center it is also very close by public transport. Very good quality hotel, rooms comfortable and quite big. Great service, very good breakfast.

Joyce and Vietnamese lady managing the reception, have uplifted the image of this hotel. Their service-oriented attitude and professionalism were impressive. They were helpful and informative. Hotel is centrally located - tram station 2 mins walk; eateries, supermarket, department store are within 5 mins walk. Rooms are clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just opposite the train station, and the trip is extremely convenient. The room is also relatively large, and there is absolutely no problem with a child. The bathing facilities are a bit old and can feel that the store has been as clean and tidy as possible, and it is not easy for old hotels in Europe. The washbasin is a double basin, very good.

Amazing hotel. This Chateau is in a great location away from busy cities and in a park with many open acres nearby for walking. The rooms were nice, although our room was in a side building not the main Chateau. There are some nice historic rooms in the main Chateau with a piano in the lounge. There is a restaurant and bar adjacent with a volleyball sand court, where families go to lounge, have snacks/ice cream and drink. There is free parking for guests at the hotel and if you have a car and plan to spend time in Strasbourg, it is best to drive a mile and park at the tram (city train) pickup. You can leave your car there all day and the total price to park and bring your family/friends on the train is only around four Euro's for your whole car of people. This will save you money and time versus finding and paying for expensive parking in the city. There are some good restaurants nearby in the area of Robertsau. We ate at Au Coq Blanc which was very delicious. Overall, you cannot go wrong staying here as it is a great atmosphere for relaxation.

It only takes one minute to get there from the nearest station, so I was able to stay there with peace of mind even as a single woman.
It was also close to the Arc de Triomphe, so you could walk there if you wanted to!

This is one of the most underwhelming hotels I have stayed in. Pro’s: location is on tramline and a close walk to attractions. Staff were accommodating and the breakfast is good. Cons: if your room faces the street it is incredibly loud. Bring earplugs. Horns, tram, screaming. Pillows are hard, no plug anywhere near the bed to charge a phone. Dim lights/no overhead light. The room was painted very dark/no pictures on walls. Not cheerful at all. The hallway was red and looked like a toddler painted it. There were nice touches like a free chocolate but this place misses the mark.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, there is a Shanghai sister responsible for the catering part, the people are very good and very kind. The breakfast is very exquisite, especially the various snacks, the taste is superb, it is very recommended

I loved this hotel. It had features of higher end hotels even though it was budget. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was basic yet very comfortable and functional. Only problem is that it could have had more charging outlets. The large bathroom was a big wet type room with a fantastic shower. Breakfast was lovely with many selections and a waffle maker. They even had a water machine to fill your water bottles. If I get back to this beautiful city, I will be sure to stay here. It was also extremely clean.

GGuest UserTu-W, July 12-13, ~9 pm check-in. Horrible girl at desk—tall and thin with light brown hair and almond eyes. As the lone desk attendant, she ignored us while she finished writing something without acknowledging us. Then when she finally bothered to look up, she was very sour and acted like we were wasting her time. As she presented the credit card reader, she said to insert the card as I reflexively tried to tap it on the contactless icon as at nearly every other establishment. She repeated, “INSÉRER la carte,” like I was a jerk. After staying at 30 hotels during an extended tour of France, Italy, and Switzerland, it was definitely the rudest reception we’d ever gotten. Every other place was much more accommodating. She made me want to leave our room in a mess, though we did not. The breakfast attendant was also somewhat militant about checking room numbers and made people uncomfortable for being in the buffet line. Though it’s a good location, I’d recommend another place for better hospitality.

Chambre propre et en bon état. On peut dire que pour le prix c'est tout à fait correct. Il me semble utile d'apporter 2 précisions aux futurs voyageurs. D'abord il faut savoir qu'il n'y a plus de serviettes dans les chambres. Si vous allez en demander à l'accueil, on vous en donnera sans aucun problème, mais en cas d'arrivée tardive, vous aurez surement autre chose à faire que d'aller taper à la porte de la réception. Ensuite, le parking extérieur pouvant paraitre mal fréquenté, vous pouvez garer votre véhicule sur le parking fermé de l'hôtel pour vous rassurer (4 euros la nuit). Ce n'est pas réservable en ligne, voir avec la réception.

We spent one day exploring the most iconic sites, which included the Strasbourg Cathedral, the Palais Rohan, la Petit France, and just generally strolling down the medieval streets and popping in and out of the shops and restaurants. I would love to go back to Strasbourg in winter time to visit the world famous Christmas Market!
