Luoyang Hotels with Gym

The hotel is difficult to book at a standard rate during the National Holiday, but the service from 小樊 is excellent. He tried his best to accommodate us and even upgraded our room the first night. We’re very grateful for 小樊 for making our over all experience better.

Facilities: The hotel room is large and the facilities in the room are very thoughtful. Basically, it has everything you need, which is worthy of a five-star service. The hotel service is very good, from the front desk, reception, cleaning, and restaurant services are all very good. The hotel location is also good, and it is relatively close to Dennis Supermarket. It is also OK to take a taxi or subway. The hotel has a station delivery service, which is thoughtful and enthusiastic. The breakfast is particularly good, with freshly squeezed juice and many varieties. 

The main feature of this hotel is the service. The service is really great. Everything is reflected in the details. I used to think that the reviews of the hotel were a bit exaggerated, but after the experience, I can really say that the service is the best in the hotel I live in. Because of two words-care: especially from the start of the pick-up, the driver will pick up at the pick-up entrance. As soon as you get out of the station, you can see your name tag. The driver will take the initiative to help with the luggage, provide hot towels to wipe your hands, etc. We arrived in Luoyang early in the morning. After getting on the bus, the hotel also specially prepared breakfast, which made us a little surprised and pleasantly surprised. During the stay, in addition to the rich breakfast, the hotel also provides a wide variety of snacks, and the key is free. Because I stayed for two days, some close-fitting clothes needed to be changed and washed. On the second day, the aunt who cleaned the room specially prepared a clothes drying rack and gave some small gift bags for washing. It is estimated that she saw that our family could drink water crazily, and put a large bottle of mineral water in the room. It was really full of care. When sending the station, the driver also took out the peace fruit prepared by the hotel for us and sent good wishes. There are many details that I will not express one by one. You can experience it yourself.

I stayed at Ramada Luoyang Downtown for 1 night. I am really impressed by the welcoming receptionist Kiki and the room service provided during my stay here. Also, I would like to thank the hotel for decorating my room sweetly. overall, good service good location and clean room, thanks for all , sure will stay next time in this hotel.

The location of this place is close to center and MRT. We can go to attractive places easily. The cleanliness and amenities are perfect. Breakfast is quite good compare with price. The staff are very kind and helpfull even they can't speak english but they use google translate to communicate. I strongly recommend this hotel

This is a very nice hotel which is great value for money. The location is great, just around the corner from a large mall (Wangfujing) and lots of restaurants nearby. I especially recommend the little place with 'Chinese Hamburger' on the sign on the road behind the hotel building - they have an English menu and do great roujiamo - they even have a vegetarian 'sujiamo'! We got an upgrade on check in and the room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and reception staff were generally polite and helpful. The breakfast was Chinese but was fresh, different every day, and any food that ran out at busy times was always quickly replenished. The free laundry was very convenient and the machines were easy to use. We did have two issues which made staying there a bit inconvenient though. The first was that when the underground car park was full cars could no longer get past the barrier, meaning they couldn't drive up to reception. This was a problem since the road outside was flooded and meant that we had to load and unload suitcases while standing in deep puddles in the pouring rain. The second issue was the keycards: every day we would come back to our room and the keycard wouldn't work. We complained at reception every single day about this issue but it was never resolved.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The transfer station of Metro Line 1 and Line 2 is the entrance of the hotel. It is a distance away from the most lively Yingtianmen and Lijingmen. It is quiet in the bustling city. Because the train came, the hotel allowed check-in at 8 o'clock in the morning, which is very appreciated. The hotel service is very thoughtful, and the sour plum soup in the lobby downstairs is very delicious. However, the hotel facilities are indeed a bit old, but at this price, you can't ask for too much.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.

Old-fashioned hotel, very close to Wangcheng Park, convenient for viewing peonies. Service is good, breakfast is OK, transportation is convenient, parking is convenient, elevator is fast and quiet. But the hotel's soft furnishings are too old, and the look is not good. I hope to change the carpets and other fabrics. The colors look earthy and old. Peony is so beautiful, the king of flowers, and the imitation peony decoration is too old.

Beautiful hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We were a little frustrated at check in as we had paid for a more expensive room that wasn't ready on time so they tried to give us a lower end room under the false claim that it was an upgrade when it was in fact a downgrade. Additionally the pool was a public one located off site from the hotel. It was a nice facility but it would have been good to know as I almost went in my bathrobe which would have been an awkward walk around the block. With this minor issues we still had a nice and enjoyable stay.
