In between 2 Metro stations, about one kilometre from Luoyang LongMen Station. Located within an area where there are small restaurants and relatively close to Longmen Grottoes and Guan Lin Temple. Service staff was friendly. Amenities were good, with a relaxing sofa which was good for soft reading when you do not wish to get out of the room. A relaxed and wasy going vibe reverberated throughout.

Close to Longmen High-speed Railway Station, I chose this hotel for the convenience of taking the high-speed rail. The transportation is convenient, and it is not expensive to take a taxi to Longmen Grottoes. The hotel is equipped with disposable toiletries and is cleaned every day. We left the car at around 5 pm, and the hotel helped us to check out late for free. The only drawback is that there will be a banging sound at night

We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

Considering that it is a family suite, it is very inconvenient to get dressed after taking a shower; there is no floor mat, and the details of the toilet room and shower room are not handled well. The wardrobe is not edge-sealed, the phone is too crude, the strong fragrance in the guest room will affect sleep, the hot water supply in the morning is not enough, and there are not enough seats and mineral water for four people. Then there are the public areas: the tiles in the stairwell should be of the same style as the door stone (or covered with carpets of the same style), the elevator should be located far away from the front desk, and some evergreen plants can be planted beside the pond. In terms of price, I personally think that the suite configuration is priced around 450, which is more reasonable at present. The current price is on the high side (970 when I booked it, now it is 1300+, and the daily price is 700+). For a hotel with the same price, the details, aesthetics and catering services It will be much better. Finally, the house was newly renovated, and the smell was still quite strong. Because I was more than five months pregnant and had a baby with me, I kept the door open except when sleeping and bathing. However, the ventilation of the room was not very good. At one o'clock, I still felt uncomfortable, so I asked the front desk to get a quilt and went to sleep in the car. I put the seat down and it was just enough to sleep. It was a new experience. Hahaha. In short, I came with high expectations after looking at the pictures, but left a little disappointed. Maybe it’s because I’m poor, hahaha. Finally, I hope our hotel will get better and better. After all, it is newly opened and there is still a lot of room for improvement!
