The hotel is par excellence and its unfortunate didn’t spend much time there to explore other facilities due to a 9 hour delay of the flight. However from arrival into the hotel the reception was amazing as I had all my luggage carried to my room . The room exceeded my expectations, spacious and the antique furniture is good.The bathroom has both the shower and tub and very clean.The dining area is clean and I enjoyed the food.

This place was a great place to stay at. It is located near three big Malls in the area . There are also many hotels in the area and access to public transportation on the main road that goes from the airport to the city center. The staff and management team are good.

Definitely one of the very best hotels in Lusaka. All the facilities that you could need although maybe a late night bar spot would be good. The food was good overall and the breakfast buffet exceptional

Good quiet, comfortable, hospitable hotel

The service is in place, the staff are friendly and friendly, but there are mosquitoes in some rooms, and the hot water supply is insufficient. The bathtub is half filled with water and there is basically no hot water. The air conditioner is noisy. The breakfast is good

After a group of six of us arrived at Lusaka Airport, we were welcomed by the Radisson hotel shuttle bus. The six waiters helped us arrange our luggage and each asked for a tip of 100 kwacha (about 40 yuan), but No one told us whether there was a shuttle bus fee, so we were squeezed into a business car with six or seven other people. When we checked out after five days of stay, the hotel required us to pay a shuttle bus fee of US$35 per person in the name of regulations. , the hotel's unprofessionalism and black-heartedness made us feel extremely bad.

The air conditioner is so noisy that I have to wear earplugs all the time in the room. The room has a peculiar smell. The large and empty room with the narrow windows is very uncomfortable. The breakfast is lackluster. How can you have the nerve to recommend it to everyone?

Close to major malls but yet secluded in its own right. The Staff are professional and very helpful

My stay was amazing, the service I received particulary from Winfridah Kalonde and Chondo Funda was outstanding, they are a credit to this hotel. These are true customer focussed people and I just want to highlight how previleged you are to have them as part of your staff team at Radisson Blu Lusaka. They are your true ambassadors. Of great customer service.

Me and my wife stayed here as we were visiting my friend & his wife for his 40th birthday. We rented 2 rooms and both rooms were spacious, clean and modern. Washrooms are modern with standing showers and separate tub. The only item I would ask to be added to the rooms would be a microwave. Other than that, the staff assisted us when requested, and the door men always greeted us with a smile. I appreciated that. This is an excellent hotel for those visiting Lusaka and want a “home” as you see family or travel around the different regions.

Nice spot but the toilet needs to be refreshed. It won’t flush

This property was quite nice. Staff were all VERY nice. I especially would like to recognize Lwamba, head concierge, for addressing our concerns. I paid for extra day to ensure immediate access to rooms upon arrival, but there was still a delay even though I had several email communications with the hotel staff. Room with separate twin beds was not ready. Requested rooms on same floor, side by side, or very close to each other, and that was not done upon my arrival. Eventually got all issues resolved and enjoyed my stay. Laundry service fees are very high - charge by piece, not by weight, but was offered discount as conciliation for other issues. The staff were all so nice that I would stay there again.
