The front desk first said that the hotel was full and couldn't give 1:30, but it can be seen on Ctrip that it was not full. Then, there was no apology for the power outage and they still insisted on not allowing late check-out. There were no bath towels in the room and the front desk phone was always busy and could not be reached at night. I wrote these not for anything, but I hope that they can pay more attention to the service and the guests' check-in experience. Most of the staff are still very friendly and will introduce the routes around the hotel. Only one person's expression and tone were unfriendly when he checked in, and the above phone call was also unfriendly.
