L’accueil moyen, la dame a préféré la carte d’identité portugaise de mon mari plutôt que la mienne française alors que la réservation était à mon nom. Je n’ai pas trouvé cela très courtois. Chambre grande, propre mais odeur de moisissure.

Hotel a precisar de obras. Quartos com as condições mínimas. Casa de banho em muito mau estado; chuveiro e descarga da sanita funcionam mal.
Muito barulho, quer dos quartos do piso de cima (23h e andavam a arrastar moveis), quer dos quartos ao lado.
Pequeno almoço bom.

Des odeurs.
Nous avons passés une seule nuit à l hotel intel à Luso, nous avons aéré notre chambre pendant le dîner, car l'odeur dans l'établissement et quasi insupportable. On nous à changer de chambre, il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude et la seconde était pratiquement inutilisable.

Uma grande desilusão!
Comodidades muito antigas! Urgentemente a precisar de remodelação. Cheiro a naftalina nos quartos muito encomodativo. Ouve-se todos os ruídos do piso de baixo, incluindo o barulho constante do elevador. O quarto não tinha uma única tomada disponível a não ser a da tv, que tivemos de desligar para poder carregar o telemóvel. O pequeno almoço foi razoável.

Para um hotel já com alguns anos e para um preço acessível, não se pode exigir muito mais, o mobiliário é antigo, mas as camas são confortáveis, WC é antigo, mas funciona, o pequeno almoço é muito bom, muito completo tem tudo. Wi-fi só existe no Hall, no bar e espaços perto, sala de jogos( mórbido) , sala para jogos de crianças ( horrível) valia mais não ter. O quarto de boas dimensões, com TV por cabo, tem mini frigorífico (que dá jeito). Não te ar condicionado nos quartos nem Wi-fi com já referido. Staff simpático, serviço de recepção a melhorar, algumas funcionárias pouco eficazes. No geral recomendo mas não queiram pagar barato e comparar com outro nível de hotel.

O cheiro a velho entra-nos pelas narinas ainda antes de atravessar o portão. Um cheiro incomodativo de madeira antiga que nunca nos larga. Um hotel onde o cliente tem que fazer o check-out até às 12h mas o quarto não está pronto pelas 17h. Um hotel onde não se vê quase funcionários. Um hotel esquecido pelo tempo, onde rebocar paredes, envernizar ou mudar madeiras e alguns móveis dos anos 20 parece coisa improvável. Onde não existe insonorizacao. Onde o autoclismo é manual e o lavatório dos primórdios do século passado. Atualizações feitas nos quartos nenhumas. Fiquei numas catacumbas, num quarto para manutenção, junto às telhas que continham roupa talvez de clientes anteriores que tentaram acabar com as suas vidas. Quarto triste, hotel triste. Inatel a deixar-me desiludida. Os 20€ anuais que pago, nem isso vale este hotel. Acabem com ele. Deixem a arquitetura dele descansar para outro fim, para alguém que possa investir e fazer disto algo que possa valer a pena.
