This is by far the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our 10 days in Switzerland. The location is right in the center of Lucerne old town, which is only about 9 minutes walking to the main station.
Most importantly, the hotel is very well-decorated and stylish. The lightings and the atmosphere are perfect. Truly recommend this hotel for your trip to Lucerne.

10mins walk from Luzern train station, quite close and easy to find!!
The room is tidy and clean with usb and type-c plugs provided(great!!)
However, the water will leak when having shower, i think the host should add plastic tape for leakage prevention, the towel for placing on the floor could not absorb the leakage , so frustrated! Also, the water was not hot and warm enough. Very cold
The staff was nice and responsive from email of providing help

Super good hotel. There is a kitchen, washing machine, coffee/tea. The price is very good. It only takes 7-8 minutes to walk to the train station. Highly recommended
