"It was a pleasant stay and pretty affordable for Switzerland. Very central and within walking distance to major attractions. The only thing I would suggest is having some sort of ventilation inside the capsule as it was quite hot inside making it difficult to sleep comfortably. It would be good to have more comfy mattresses as well. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay."

"We arrived to the hotel at 12, but all locker are fully occupied (i remember only around 10 lockers) and I have to carried the luggage and wait for check in nearby the river (lucky not too far) and there is no air-con in the room but hotel do provide a fan for us but still too hot to sleep with. But the location is very good and hotel provide a free transportation ticket (never used cause we walked)"

"Not only did this hotel room lack air conditioning, but it also surprisingly didn't have a mini-fridge. After checking the hotel's description, it seems not all rooms are without fridges. I'd recommend everyone confirm this upon check-in to avoid being caught off guard like I was, after buying a bunch of groceries from the supermarket. Fortunately, the front desk said I could store my items in their fridge, but it felt awkward and inconvenient to have to go downstairs and bother them every single time I wanted something. I didn't take any photos of the hotel, but the scenery in Lucerne is beautiful."

"1. The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 2-minute walk from the train station: turn left, then left again, and cross the road. 2. The hotel breakfast is fantastic, which is rare for Europe. Everyone takes a banana on their way out after breakfast, it's pretty much a given, and no one bats an eye. 😂 3. The room is spacious enough for two people. We were a family of three, and they added an extra small bed for us. 4. The hotel facilities, decor, and service attitude are all very good. 5. Check-out is at 11 AM. Aside from being a bit pricey, everything else was perfect. We stayed during the October holiday, 3 people, including breakfast, at 4500 per night. Breakfast is definitely a must-have, as eating out could be even more expensive. Food, trains, and accommodation are all expensive in Switzerland."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, being just a stone's throw from the scenic Chapel Bridge and also conveniently close to the train station. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast is plentiful."

"The hotel is not far from the city center, and the hotel also provides free buses. The service is good, there is a lake view, and the facilities are average. The hygiene is good, and drinking water is provided at the front desk. I will have the opportunity to stay again in the future."

"After booking the room, you can enter through the adjacent cafe. You check in yourself using the machine at the entrance, and then activate your room key card (pick it up from the small blue box nearby). The room is on the top floor. It's small but very clean and tidy. There's a large bed, suitable for two people. The bathroom is quite small, only fitting one person at a time. Downstairs, there's a cafe where you can have breakfast. It's suitable for tourists."
