Staff are nice , room is comfortable.

There is a free airport pick-up service. It takes about 20 minutes to drive there. The environment is nice, and there is a very large chessboard next to the swimming pool. The kids played chess with the huge chess pieces as soon as they arrived. The service attitude is very good. When checking in, I asked directly if there were any arrangements for a one-day tour to Komodo. After comparing the products of the six one-day tour attractions that I had already put in the Taobao shopping cart, I decisively chose to report to the hotel. The experience was indeed very good. The pick-up was half an hour later than Taobao. There were fewer people. There are no restaurants around, and they are all solved by the hotel. Including juice, tax and service fee, 100 per person. The beach is just a few steps away. It's so beautiful to watch the stars at night, and you can see the sky full of stars with your naked eyes. It's just that the room is old and feels a bit like a guesthouse in the 1990s. The sunrise here is also super beautiful

I enjoyed a very nice stay. The environment and the room were very nice. The service was also very considerate.

The hotel service is very good. The only drawback is that there are no shops nearby. You can only spend money in the hotel, but it is not expensive.

Extraordinary. The sunset on the beach behind the hotel is very beautiful, serene. The service is very good and helpful.

The room is quite spacious, but the location is relatively remote. There is a small beach behind where you can watch the sunset at night

A very good experience

To start with, then entire management and staff needs to be changed! ZERO professionalism. We checked on only last night and the list of unhappy things is already long! 1) We booked a suite with an airport transfer. I sent the flight details the night before. Nobody confirmed! I had to call them from the airport before boarding to check if they will be there. Somebody said we will check your flight and the driver will be there before you land. Arrived.. no driver. I called.. the lady says driver on the way. He is there in 5 minutes. 30 minutes pass by. No driver. I called again. Same answer. Driver came after 45 minutes! We checked in.. there was no apology or anything! Anyway, we are in the room. Nice room. 2) Around 8.30, we wanted to go to the city center which is far away. I asked for a taxi. The lady at the reception says it will take 15 minutes for the taxi to arrive. We wait. Then the same lady comes to us saying the taxi will take too long, you can use the hotel car and pay us the same amount. I did. We arrive in the city center. Only to realize that the taxi that brought us to the city center was the shuttle bus going to the city center to pick up other guests. I paid 100k IDR for that. The guy was driving there anyway. 3) Having booked the so called “JAYAKARTA” chain of hotels, I was very disappointed with the breakfast selection. I asked for an espresso. They last says “machine is broken” 4) We went to the reception to ask for an iron and ironing board. We are staying for 5 nights. And again.. the lady at the reception says, we don’t have irons. But we have a price list in the room! Are you serious??? I really regret that this is going to be our home for the next 5 days.

The Jayakarta Resort Is a Nice Hotel with private beach. Good Service and kindly staff make my holiday more enjoyed and happy. The Price also not so expensive. The room was clean and comfort. Thank you for the nice experience. Kind Regard Kiki Gruber

Stayed here two nights and it was a fantastic stay. The staff are such a credit to this hotel always smiling and helpful. The room very clean and was kindly given a suite and checked in early too!. They really do go the extra mile and would not hesitate to recommend this fab place. If you are going over to the komodo island trip this is the place to stay! Thankyou staff and management you have the right recipe for success!!.

I only transited this hotel, to go on a scuba diving liveaboard trip, so needed to stay somewhere for 1 night on arrival. I was upgraded to the suite, which was very nice. The hotel was very quiet. It’s location is out of town, but they do a shuttle into town or a taxi. Also good for airport transfers. Ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast - all good. I booked a second night on my return, and they were just as good - even a nice welcome back cake.

Lovely hotel communal areas on lobby level, amazing and very clean pool area too. Not much in the area but the hotel does provide transport into the town centre. Restaurant does a good buffet as an alternative. Staff all very attentive. Our a/c broke and leaked water all over the room. They came to fix it and clean up straight away and couldn't have been more apologetic. Rooms are large and have an amazing view, but a little dated, lovely large shower though. 2 negatives - no WiFi in the rooms, only in the communal areas, and no bathroom door, just a curtain Show Less

For Me: Hotel Room is Clean, Nice , Cozy. People are helpful and responsive. They also have a good swimming pool, and you can walk to the beach easily. You can’t expect too much on breakfast,but consider ok.Overall room to take a rest is nice and worth with the price you spend.
