It was an amazing night we spent in Four seasons Macao. Really love the decorations and service here. Especially Kame and other receptionists for arranging the gifts and cakes for us. Would love to come back again! If you are looking for a quiet hotel, no ****** but near shopping mall, FS Macao is definitely a good choice! The Study Bar in 20/F is also fantastic! Don’t miss the views and drinks, we also had a good interaction with their bartender!

Very spacious and clean room, and can see the airport and part of the lake from Wynn Palace. Breakfast offered a wide variety of food and drinks. Staff were helpful and friendly, and took the initiative to get us a rollaway bed for the third pax. But unfortunately they did not prepare it at the stipulated time even after we came back to the room alot later, so we had to ask again and wait for it to arrive. Will be better if the hotel itself has shuttle instead of having to go City of Dreams for the shuttle.
I decided to stay in Macau for one night on the spur of the moment. I randomly searched for a hotel. Unexpectedly, it exceeded my expectations. It was very new and clean, and the room was quite big. There is a bus at the door to Guanye Street. It only takes 5 minutes to reach the three stops🤣🤣I will stay here with my friends next time hehe

Hotel’s location isn’t exactly right on where all the action is be it over at Macau proper or Taipa’s Cotai *****. There are bus stops within a few minutes of walking distance that gets you almost anywhere in Macau. It’s close to Taipa ferry terminal and airport which makes it easy to get to quickly for check in especially after a long day of traveling. Gym facilities are good and so is the swimming pool, jacuzzis and saunas. Staffs at this hotel were all friendly and professional, overall it was a very pleasant stay.

Very convenient location. Service and decoration is top of the class. We had a good stay over there. Didn’t have chance to try the restaurant though. The downside will be the lack of room space. Equal amount of money can get you a bigger room in Taipai area. Also the tidiness still have room to improve. Overall 8/10.

GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
AAnonymous UserCheck in process fast but we think the deposit is a little too much (2000 mop). The amenities is good. All working, except for the electric kettle haha but nothing exag.
Staff are good! Filipinos the best! We requested for water, in a matter of minutes here he comes. Very fast!
We'll definitely booked again!! Swimming pool is great!
KKim Kia BlueThe room was cozy and clean. Hallways are clean and smelled fresh. I love the number light at the foot of the door. The front desk staff are very helpful. I had many questions and they helped with all. The room was not noisy. I could not hear anyone in their rooms.
The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the Senado Square and about 15/ 20 minutes from the Grand Lisboa. You can take the MT4 bus from the 7eleven near the hotel to see the Venetian, Studio City and other attractions in that area.
If you get to the hotel before check in time, you can store your bags and go tour around until it’s time.
TTravel RythmFront desk good service good attitude, process check in also smooth and fast. Liszt (if I'm correct) very kind gave us room with nice view, yes hotel look aged but it's well maintenated. Inside the room no complimentary water bottle but instead there is a water filter machine, which I found a little inconvenient because we need to buy water from nearest store. Also I very dislike hotel shampoo and conditioner very weird smell, fortunately we bring our shampoo and conditioner so it's not a big deal. Water pressure very good and easy to adjust also floor not slippery, overall we are enjoy our stay here.
PPhilipMy first gripe is actually with Trip.com - we needed to book one room with a single bed and another with two separate beds, but Trip.com DOES NOT allow booking different room types in the same booking - they have to be made under separate reserverations.
We proceeded with booking two single bed rooms hoping that we can amend our booking or ask the hotel to change the second room (since the price is similar) after we made the reservation - but the hotel requested a $500 fee to change to two beds, which is WAY WAY more than the difference between the actual room rates (between single and double) as listed on Trip.com. At least the staff offered to set up the sofa bed free of charge so they gained back some brownie points there.
Location is a little ways out (everything is a bit too far to walk but very close by car or bus), so we had to take the taxi to go anywhere. The larger hotel casinos (MGM, ********, Galaxy...etc.) would have free shuttle service, but not Lisboeta.
The hotel itself, being quite new, is nice and clean, but I do smell smoke in the hallways. Not sure what the hotel policy is on this, but there was no ”non-smoking room” option when booking. However, considering this is Macau and considering the usual clientele, this should not have come as a surprise in hindsight. All toiletries are á L'Occitane which is nice - but no surprise here.
There are three eateries on location and all of them are what I would consider quick / casual dining options. There is a food court at the ajoining mall though but even then selection is limited. We opted to have breakfast included - it was OK but I was expecting a little bit more.
All in all, we had a very average yet decent stay. Not much to complain but not much to write home about either. Or maybe I'm just expecting too much of Macau in general.
Would we stay there again? Unfortunately, most likely not. For our purposes, we'll probably stay on the Macau side next time we're in town. And if we do need to stay on the Cotai side of things, we'll probably try the larger ****** hotels for the sake of ease of transportation and more dining options.
JJakarta SkyMy room at The Macau Roosevelt was a masterpiece of modern design with a touch of glamour, reflecting the unique aesthetic of the hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided were of the highest quality. The attention to detail in every aspect of the room's design made my stay not just comfortable but truly indulgent.
Hheart andhotel is clean and the staff are nice and approachable
amenities are great probably gonna book again when i decided to go back to Macau.
Satisfied guest here
JJJC TravelsIt was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
GGuest UserFantastic hotel. All staff are welcome and helpful. Fluent in multiple language.
The room is tidy. The bedding was nice and clean.
Even got a little cigarette burnt on the duvet cover. But still the best holiday inn I’ve ever been.
Nearby lot of restaurants and convenience store.
Some of them are open 24 hours.
