The hotel is very easy to find. It is by the road and near bus stations. However during my stay the wifi was horrible and it was very annoying. The staff tried their best. I'm sure they've fixed the issue by now.

ATTENTION! If you are traveling to Macau remember to keep your slip from customs so that you can check into the hotel! Over all, this hotel was okay. You get what you pay for. I thought the design was very beautiful and the room was clean. The staff were very friendly and could speak some English. There was also an English Channel on the tv! However, the bed was as hard as a table and I didn’t sleep good at all. The shower is difficult to deal with and it’s very small, water got all over the floor. Also, the walls are thin so we could hear others coming and going during the night and early morning. There was a bus stop directly in front which is convenient but there are not a lot of places to eat/ shop near the hotel.

Everything was good but didn’t like the fact it says no smoking room but can’t sleep due to the smell of smoke inside the room and windows couldn’t be opened . WiFi very poor during the night time . Rooms were very clean . Located in good place with in walking distance to the tourist areas.

A fabulous location, decor and super clean but that bed! Wow, it is a hard one even by Chinese standards. Would have also been nice to be able to open a window to the outside. Except for these two things it is a lovely place and very well kept. I would have loved to give the perfect review for this place and if they can get some softer beds it would be fabulous!

It was good and convenient easy to go to the near landmarks like san malo ruins of st paul and bus stop. It was pgood and clean.

I was told at the reception to make my booking for the day, I had asked them in advance if I could use my passport copies since my passport was at the embassy and I showed them my documents and they agreed, they told me my documents were fine. I had to wait for 3pm check in. I now asked them to check me in and they refused saying I can’t use copies and they will not refund me, which I found very absurd🫤 Very bad experience, it would have been better if initially they told me my documents are unacceptable and avoided wasting my time and money altogether.

Clean hotel, classically decorated. All equipment is in new condition. The environment is very close. Easy to find hotels I will go back again

The Hotel location is very near bus station of M127 R. Da Guimaraes and close to tourist attractions such as Ruins of St. Paul, R. Da Felicidade, and Senado Square (you can walk). Next to this hotel, exactly 5 steps from the hotel you will find a small restaurant with good price, also near street food. The receptionist is very nice, room is clean and comfy (only the bed is hard and sometimes the hot water is unstable), but I'd like to stay in this hotel again someday. I recommend this hotel!

New clean staff ar accomodating and friendly. There is always a time to come back here.

Great location, walk down the alley next to it to get to the ruins and shopping. Small room but modern. No real amenities here but the price is right! Front desk staff was great!
