Bottom-tier accommodation in Macau. Cheap, but truly old... Hygiene? Don't even get me started. Yellow water was leaking from the bathroom ceiling; you'd need an umbrella just to sit on the toilet! When I slept, I propped the door shut with a table, afraid of losing my 'virginity' (and having a sore backside). The window could open, but a pair of reddish eyes stared in from outside; I was so scared I pulled the curtains shut. Made it through the night unscathed, woke up at 5:30 AM, and left. I'm still alive. Report concluded.

Hotel is a little run down but in a good location and asking distance to most sights. Room was clean and spacious, shower was cold so struggled a little. Slept okay but there were mosquitoes in the room. Stayed for 1 night, was just a quick stop while I wanted to see what Macau had to offer. Staff don’t understand English so take Google translate app with you or it’ll make life difficult! Overall, it’s okay for the money. I paid £50 a night, which was less than most places out there.

And the ceiling was under repair it was scary might fall on to us.

The room was clean and tidy, and the owner was very kind. They let me check in at 8:00 AM, saying I could check in early as long as there was an available room. Other hotels usually make you wait until 1:30 PM!
