Fabulous! Felt like I am in a 5 stars hotel! The real heritage and very accurate in every detail. There's a soul in every item and design, fresh and modern facilities, lights mode of the room are so perfect and what I appreciate most is respect for history.
The only thing to improve is to clean the outside side of the windows more often. Maybe I was unlucky after heavy rains. Cristal clear window with the views at beautiful Macau would be perfect.

The staff both at the swimming pool/sauna and breakfast were very impolite and did not respect any personal boundaries. For instance, one staff silently took the plate full of food from the table without even asking, while I was clearly eating from it. Another instance was when the staff decided to turn off the sauna (reduce the heat) while we were clearly seen inside through the glass door. The staff member responsible for the swimming pool/sauna entrance was coughing without covering her mouth or wearing any mask. Her duties included distributing the locker keys and giving pen to sign in the entrance journal. Why would the hotel even have this journal if there is a swimming pool/sauna entrance system which is accessed using a hotel room card? So, the actual number of stars that can be given to this hotel is three, only thanks to the nice interior and check-in staff.

I had an amazing stay in Altira Macau during my trip. One of the best luxurious hotel I stay in that is worth the money. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door when I arrived and the check in was smooth. Huge shoutout to the staff who help me with the check in.
The room was super spacious, especially for one person. Definitely good for two as well (there is two sinks for a couple to use). The room overlooks the sea view towards Macau and it was spectacular. The location was in a quiet area which was a plus for me and it is not too far from the places u want to visit in Macau.
I would definitely stay here again if I am in Macau and it’s definitely worth a stay if anyone is visiting.

The Venetian Macao is an incredible, immersive hotel experience. 350 world-class shopping choices line a masterfully reconstructed Grand Canal, bridges spanning each bank, just as they do in Venice. An incredible array of dining options, bring guests the best of global cuisines no matter their appetite.

Rooms are well kept, huge in size with dining area, sofa and writing desk. Water supply in bath room was slower than bath tub. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel is huge and need to familiarise with routes going to different venue. Lots of restaurants and eating place. It has a food court with plenty of choices. e.g. Tim Ho Wan. In the shopping mall, the decor of blue sky uplifted our spirit, we felt happy and the mall has a stage where artist performed. Close to The Parisian and The Londoner which guests could explore within walking distance. Hotel shuttle to and fro airport and town, Sands Hotel. Night lights around the hotel are beautiful.

I came to the Morpheus Hotel in Macau again. I have always liked the design style of this hotel. It has a modern and fashionable feeling. It is very considerate that the hotel prepared a room card with name and a welcome letter with photo. It is a must-stay hotel every time I come to Macau. I don’t remember how many times I have stayed in Morpheus. The experience is different every time. YaNa and Aadg, who checked in at the front desk, received our family. They were very enthusiastic and professional. The check-in was very fast. They also gave small gifts to the children. Simon in the guest room was very considerate. The room was cleaned in time because the child said that he liked to eat watermelon. I immediately prepared it when I returned to the room at night. In addition to liking its appearance, what impressed us more was the thoughtful service of their employees, which made us feel at home. Our whole family likes Morpheus Hotel!

There are many excellent hotels in Macau, but choosing the Four Seasons was an outstanding decision. For guests traveling by taxi, the location is unbeatable, offering not only an outdoor swimming pool and spa but also stunning views and walking access to major tourist spots.
What stood out most was the impeccable service provided by the staff. Every staff member we encountered during our 3-night, 4-day stay was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our family, including our child, had a wonderful experience. This stay has made us eager to visit Macau again, and when we do, we will definitely choose the Four Seasons.

Having stayed at The Parisian was by far the highlight of our first time trip to Macao.
This was a surprise birthday trip set up by my partner, and as she unveils the lengths of how The Parisian assisted her in setting up our stay, It really gave me a perspective of how a 5 Star Service is meant to be.
From the amazing staff (Special mention to Ericson), the amazing amenities, the amazing view, a big clean and comfortable room, and of course the attention to detail on our special request (birthday surprise).
Thank you Parisian Macao, for the memorable experience. We are sure to come back once again and most definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

The time was more than happy to assist me anytime with anything much appreciated guys
KkeumsI decided to go on my first trip with my children in Macau for the first time in 10 years. Studio City is famous for its child-friendly hotel, so I made a reservation without worrying. Thank you Simon for your active attitude and service when you have difficulty using the room in the wonderful Eiffel Tower view.I want to visit again because it remains as an unforgettable memory.
GGuest UserI stayed at the Grand Hyatt several times before the pandemic, and I still remember the spacious room and bathroom fondly. So, I decided to return for a birthday celebration.
The service provided by Mavis was exceptional. She took the time to explain the different travel options and highlight the tourist sites in the area. Mavis personally walked us to our room, which was beautifully prepared with birthday decorations, and she arranged for a cake to be delivered later. Her kindness and sincerity truly stood out, and we felt the warmth of her service throughout our stay.
GGuest UserYou can forget about early checkin. Could only preregister strictly after 1230pm and had to come back for room key collection from 3pm onwards. The hotel requires 1000HKD for room deposit. We requested for twin beds but was informed there would be additional charges unlike other establishments who not only accommodated to our requests but they also did their best to make our stay memorable. Honestly we expected better service for the price paid. Wouldn’t consider staying here again when we could get better service elsewhere.
CCherry LeiA smooth and fast check-in experience and feel so welcome once arrived. We also got upgraded to a suite with great view. The pool is a little bit packed but overall we had a great stay at W macau.
GGuest UserHighly Recommended. The Hotel is clean, smell good, and the service is excellent. The only thing can be exhance is the transportation. There is only 1 shuttle to Wynn Palace in every 20mins and not much taxi.
Jjam7The hotel is very clean and I thought very well decorated and designed. The room was much bigger than I expected and had 2 very nice places to sit by the windows - one breakfast bar and one cushioned window sill. My one suggestion would be to have a shower bracket on the wall to make the shower hands free. The bathtub is nice but if you want to shower, it could be more convenient. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle bus is convenient.
GGuest UserOur check-in with the help of staff 趙嘉敏, just 5mins to get our room and I need to thanks so much for Joel who very care of us.
When we check-in he noticed that we had a lugguage with us and told us that just leave it at a distance that can be looked after
While check-out he is very patient to listen my comment that the chair in our room one of the leg is not fixed well and he will reflect to the management.
Last but not the least that thanks for Ms. Jessy who toke my IDD call for my special request as we are coming from Hong Kong as because we just made booking less than 12hrs before check-in.
She really made remarks to my needs and why I know it's her who pick up my call and well prepared a room before our arrival as when we check-out, by a few chit chat and knows that it's her who received my calls and pay attention to our needs.
JJJC TravelsIt was indeed a great experience. The room is spacious and clean. All staff were friendly specially the receptionist Ms. Malou San Juan (not sure if I named here correctly) and Mark Manansala. Since I am a Filipino, and they are either, communication was easier. They were sop helpful and professional. Also, the locals (Chinese) staff were the same. The hotel smells expensive and they offer more than what guests need. I mean, they are very much willing to provide the reasonable needs of guests. Could improve on breakfast menu but worth the price.
GGuest UserI left my silver ring in my room and checked out.
The room cleaning staff found it before I realised and informed me immediately.
They then stored it at the hotel for six months.
Above all, I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff, who gave the guests peace of mind。
Thank you so much for all your help。
