Hotels near Friendship Square in Macau

Although it is a little out of distance from the airport, this hotel is excellent as it is very convenient to walk to places of interests and there are many different bus stations which makes travelling to the different places of interest a breeze. It is about a 7 minutes walk to Senado Square where you can have a wide variety of food, drinks and attractions.

During my recent visit to a newly opened hotel, I encountered an aspect that significantly marred what could have been a flawless stay: the presence of an unpleasant odor in the room. Despite the room’s visually inviting and modern aesthetic, this unforeseen issue detracted greatly from the overall experience.

I like this hotel because of its location. it’s very close to Senado square and the bus stop is also mot far from the hotel. Room is clean and bathroom is kinda comfortable;quite big.

This is a unique and historical hotel in Macau. It is located in the middle of Macau, all within walking distance to major attractions and historical site. The room is huge, comfy with all the luxury amenities on offer. Love the bath / shower with foot massage in the ensuite bathroom. Will definitely return in the future.

The surrounding of the Hotel is pretty quiet but just a little bit remote. The services of the hotel staff is excellent and helpful, no matter what questions you asked they do have a friendly smile. The food especially the breakfast are very good. On the whole I do like this hotel very much.....

It was my first time to stay at Resorts World Hotel. As soon as I arrived at the slope of the hotel entrance, a waiter suddenly ran up from a distance. He enthusiastically took my suitcase and led me all the way to the hotel front desk to check in. Then he helped me put my suitcase away. Delivered to the room, it feels like five-star treatment! The curtains in the room are automatic and open as soon as you enter the door. The color matching of the entire room makes you feel refreshing and comfortable. The visual effect of hygiene is also very good. You can't help but want to take a few photos and watch them while lying on the bed. Looking at the beautiful lake view outside the window, there are no densely packed high-rise buildings, and it feels like being on a quiet seaside. What I remember praising is the location. There is a bus terminal at the door, making it convenient to go anywhere! The 6 yuan MT1 takes you to the airport in half an hour, so convenient!

Fabulous from start to finish. It was not my first stay at the Sofitel Hotel in Macau, and it will not be the last. I missed the art, pulse and liveliness of Macau, and the Sofitel is perfectly located for an incredible stay. Sofitel has charm. It’s a gorgeous place to stay with the warmest of welcomes. The friendly team made a huge effort to share the best in service and create a remarkable experience, and they did. Experiencing the warm welcome, the surprising birthday platter and the genuine kindness shared. I can not thank the team enough. When asked about off-the-beaten-track places, the front desk team did their best to offer advice and local insights. Sofitals reception team shared helpful suggestions on bus routines, times to visit areas and sights to see along the way. These suggestions made a difference. The room standard was amazing. The hotel doesn’t let anything slip, they updated and revamped beautifully. The river view room was bright, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The amenities are five-star standard, and the cheerful housekeeping team were kind and friendly. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the team who was a pleasure to chat with and get to know. There are many shout-outs for this stay. The kind and thoughtful little things such as the handwritten card and handy guidebook. The friendly faces were a pleasure to meet, and the inspiring reception team who gave good local advice to the minibus team who collected customers with care and perfect timekeeping. Sofitel Macau has so many floors and layers, from the glitzy chandeliers and pool with a fresh night view ( my advice: you must check out the 6-floor evening view) to the clean and relaxed gym ( hosting quality equipment) Thank you, Vinny, Jessica, Jade, Kate, Joy, Lee Mark, and Angel. My mother chose this hotel as it was meant to be convenient. To be honest, this hotel is quite expensive, very dated, full of mainlanders, stunk like cigarette smoke everywhere , and needs a refurbishment to charge these prices. The staff were half half - some were very lovely and nice and others abrasive. I would recommend you don’t stay here and stay anywhere else for this price point (at least a hotel that’s recently refurbished).

Nice place , good location, nice housekeeper. Shuttle bus service is provided from border gate to hotel. It’s convenience for tourism .
