Old hotel. Service alright. But it's expensive compared to other 3 star hotel. There's no swimming pool and gym.for entertainment nothing other than ******

I book for 1 person but they provide twin bed. Bathroom a lot of moldy and all stainless has water mark, this is hygiene issue. Carpet have many stain and furniture many scratches. Good for travelers for sleep only but not enjoy the room.

It's classical looking place, the amenities were good. However the service was poor, we asked to help us book a taxi from the ferry, they concierge told us there would be plenty of taxis at the ferry port, this was not true at all.

Nice hotel located in old Macau district. Special mention for Jerry (Front Office) & Housemaid (forgot to get her name) for floor 10th during our stay - helpful & courteous. We would have had an enjoyable stay in Macau, but unfortunately, it was marred by some unethical individuals (we're not sure if they were locals or tourists) who stole our hotel-loaned umbrella right under the nose of the security guard at the Sir Robert Ho Tung Library. The umbrella was kept at their umbrella rack because it was raining during our visit. The most ridiculous part is that the security guard actually told us to file a police report on the loss! Sadly, we had to pay MOP 100 to the hotel as a penalty for the stolen umbrella. 🤦♀️😓.

Staggered the time of travel on May Day. The price is okay, not exaggerated, the hygiene is not bad, and the bed is big enough. There are disposable slippers and toiletries, and the hot water for the bath comes out quickly. After crossing the border, you can take the free bus to Shiliupu. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the hotel. The hotel is easy to find, just come in directly in the small alley opposite the supermarket, and it was a circle at that time. The boss is very enthusiastic, and it is very close to the archway, about 10 minutes walk. In the evening, there is a place to eat late at night (the shop with pork belly chicken), and the set meal for three people is 289, and the taste is also very good! I love Macau~

Perfect Family room thank you so much GRANDE HOTEL MACAU. We love the place, clean, safe, and well maintain. Definitely we can recommend GRANDE HOTEL MACAU, just a 5-7 minutes walk to Ruins of Saint Paul. We enjoyed our room with ”bay view”. We also found Grocery Store between the hotel and Senado Square. Food trip also available nearby and night market on Saturday evening. Again, thank you so much... we love the place!

Wife and I were in Macau for a short break from looking after our kid. We were quite impressed with the location as it's not far from attractions and shopping areas such as the Ruins of St Paul. Really enjoyed its breakfast buffet with quite a lot of French selections quite fitting for a Sofitel. We also enjoyed an excellent harbour view with the peaceful Wanzai Residential District across the border in the background. Only disadvantage would probably be its ferry pier shuttle bus service that runs at 1hr intervals. If you miss a ride, you would need to use another casino's such as the Grand Lisboa, that can be reached by walking along a ”major” road.

- Nice layout; big rooms. - Close to the Fishermans wharf, and 15 min drive to Ruins of St Paul. - Shuttle service offered but need to book in advance when picking up at the port instead of regular schedule, unlike other hotels.

Very nice place to stay ,clean,comfortable .you have some coffee and tea in a room.the view is amazing from the window.next to the hotel you have many casinos ,bakeries and convenient stores.stuff is nice and helpful.the swimming pool is great.i recommend this place and will stay there again.
