Fabulous from start to finish. It was not my first stay at the Sofitel Hotel in Macau, and it will not be the last. I missed the art, pulse and liveliness of Macau, and the Sofitel is perfectly located for an incredible stay. Sofitel has charm. It’s a gorgeous place to stay with the warmest of welcomes. The friendly team made a huge effort to share the best in service and create a remarkable experience, and they did. Experiencing the warm welcome, the surprising birthday platter and the genuine kindness shared. I can not thank the team enough. When asked about off-the-beaten-track places, the front desk team did their best to offer advice and local insights. Sofitals reception team shared helpful suggestions on bus routines, times to visit areas and sights to see along the way. These suggestions made a difference. The room standard was amazing. The hotel doesn’t let anything slip, they updated and revamped beautifully. The river view room was bright, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The amenities are five-star standard, and the cheerful housekeeping team were kind and friendly. I would like to extend a huge thank you to the team who was a pleasure to chat with and get to know. There are many shout-outs for this stay. The kind and thoughtful little things such as the handwritten card and handy guidebook. The friendly faces were a pleasure to meet, and the inspiring reception team who gave good local advice to the minibus team who collected customers with care and perfect timekeeping. Sofitel Macau has so many floors and layers, from the glitzy chandeliers and pool with a fresh night view ( my advice: you must check out the 6-floor evening view) to the clean and relaxed gym ( hosting quality equipment) Thank you, Vinny, Jessica, Jade, Kate, Joy, Lee Mark, and Angel. I like this hotel because of its location. it’s very close to Senado square and the bus stop is also mot far from the hotel. Room is clean and bathroom is kinda comfortable;quite big.

The surrounding of the Hotel is pretty quiet but just a little bit remote. The services of the hotel staff is excellent and helpful, no matter what questions you asked they do have a friendly smile. The food especially the breakfast are very good. On the whole I do like this hotel very much.....

During my recent visit to a newly opened hotel, I encountered an aspect that significantly marred what could have been a flawless stay: the presence of an unpleasant odor in the room. Despite the room’s visually inviting and modern aesthetic, this unforeseen issue detracted greatly from the overall experience.

This is a unique and historical hotel in Macau. It is located in the middle of Macau, all within walking distance to major attractions and historical site. The room is huge, comfy with all the luxury amenities on offer. Love the bath / shower with foot massage in the ensuite bathroom. Will definitely return in the future.

Although it is a little out of distance from the airport, this hotel is excellent as it is very convenient to walk to places of interests and there are many different bus stations which makes travelling to the different places of interest a breeze. It is about a 7 minutes walk to Senado Square where you can have a wide variety of food, drinks and attractions.

This hotel is a fantastic location but it is in desperate need of a really good clean. Staff are friendly and this is the second time we've stayed here but I think that the lack of cleanliness means we'll find a different place next time.

It’s worth what I paid for. The front desk was very nice and helpful. The hotel is right next to a Filipino cuisine restaurant called “He-brews” which makes the hotel location even better. Thank you so much Dormy Boutique Hostel for taking good care of us.

The location of the hotel is very good. It is actually lotcated in the downtown area. you can find lots of different shops and restaurants near the hotel. it is super handy. The room was extremely clean. However, the bed was hard. I highly recommend you guys to stay here if you plan to travel to macau. The price is affordable. I had a great time staying at this lovely hotel.
