Un grand merci et bravo à toute la famille Armani et à son personnel qui sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes 😍 L’atmosphère sereine de l’hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel et les beaux et bons repas ont fait de notre séjour une parenthèse enchantée. Seconda volta come cliente esterno presso la Spa dell'Hotel Gianna e posso solo tesserne le lodi! In primis i miei complimenti vanno allo Staff, dal signore che mi ha risposto al telefono (credo sia il proprietario), alla receptionist dell'hotel e infine a Chiara della Spa, dolcissima e bravissima nel suo lavoro...ho fatto con lei un massaggio rilassante e ho notato un gran potenziale. Brava, continua così! L'ambiente della Spa è curato, pulito e accogliente. Seconda volta che usufruisco della Spa completamente da sola, e che dire? Una meraviglia! Un relax! Un piacere! Stra raccomandata per un momento di benessere! Ci tornerò appena possibile!!!

We stayed at the Gianna on a week’s ski holiday with Crystal Ski having chosen the hotel based on reviews. The hotel is great and we have no complaints at all. We’ve done a fair amount of ski holidays (all with Crystal) and this hotel compares well against others. Room was lovely, clean, well serviced and the staff were really friendly. If you’re worrying about distance from lifts, then don’t. The hotel’s mini bus (run by Florino) is very efficient, I don’t think we ever waited more than 10 mins to be picked up after a day’s skiing; you just give him a call. Food is all good and the wine isn’t expensive at all, the Prosecco at €24 is especially nice 😂. We’ve never skied Madonna before (we’re intermediate skiers in our late 50s) and enjoyed the area. Some of the reds are challenging, especially in the morning when the piste is still very firm, but nothing too bad. Lifts are a bit of a mix, some great and some ancient, there are also a couple of pinch points, so plan accordingly, there is routinely only one option to get from A to B. Don’t be put off though, the area is good fun and we enjoyed the week. Finally, Crystal Ski seem to be an easy target for some online. We’ve travelled twice a year with them for the last decade and they’ve always been fine😀

Second trip to the Dolomites and the first time we have stayed in Madonna Di Campiglio. A 7 day visit and a great experience all round at the hotel, staff were excellent and the food was amazing. It is a a great small hotel that provides for all your needs.

Esperienza eccezionale, siamo stati una settimana dal 13 al 20 gennaio, hotel caldo e accogliente come tutto il personale. Fin da subito quando siamo entrati ci siamo trovati coccolati da chi ci ha accolto e da tutti i componenti dello staff. Consiglio la mezza pensione perché dovete a tutti i costi mangiare nel loro ristorante, buonissimo il cibo e sopratutto gentili e cordiali il Maître e tutti i suoi collaboratori. Fantastici tutti, esperienza unica e sicuramente da rifare. Se tutto andrà bene ci rivedremo sicuramente l’anno prossimo.

Un soggiorno stupendo: i proprietari e tutti i dipendenti dell'hotel gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno saputo consigliare nel migliore dei modi per la nostra prima vacanza a Madonna di Campiglio. L'hotel ha tutti i confort e una menzione speciale va alla spa (idromassaggio e sauna esterni sono stati una splendida sorpresa) e alla cucina con prodotti locali, estremamente ricercata e mai banale! Tutti i servizi sono stati impeccabili, dal servizio navetta per le piste (e non solo) al ristorante che è riuscito sempre a trovare soluzioni gluten free, essendo io celiaca. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff di Hotel Gianna, alla prossima settimana bianca!
