Friendly staff, great location, comfortable bed lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Location is great in the middle of the center, modern furniture in old building, the only things that you can hear the voice of your neighbors TV or their talking as should be some sound isolation between rooms, except of that the hotel is great choice

Hotel is ok. good location. Some of rooms are very small. Some are ok. No tea kettle in the Room. I would come back.

Great place

It is the second time we visited and we love this hotel in the heart of Madrid. The pool is very cool with details such as the waitresses that were there that day were super dull, the music non-existent and the atmosphere with so many children in such a small area I think it's not cool, in addition to the jumps and bombs that were thrown were damaging the good vibe that we were looking for in this hotel. I don't know if we will repeat next year, we thought it was an adults only hotel. Another thing I don't understand is how you can't eat anything in the pool area, it's impossible to spend an afternoon just drinking water or alcohol without snacking on something, it's a natural thing in Madrid and the tapas can't be removed just like that, they should sell something even if they are olives. In short, we love the hotel but I hope those details improve.

The room facilities are relatively simple, but the location is very good. It is in the city center, there is a subway station just outside, there are many restaurants around, and the main attractions can be reached on foot.

Hotel is right in the center, some rooms are small, some large. Furthermore, the sky bar is super...beautiful view and top service.

The room is small but comfortable and warm, and the service is good. Especially the location is excellent, in the city center, very convenient.

Good service at the reception, very fast and efficient. The common areas are very good and clean. The decent room, somewhat deteriorated, needs maintenance or renovation. Decent bed, nothing special. Pillows not very comfortable. The bathtub in the bathroom is very high, access is not at all comfortable. The hot water comes out in good quantity and at a good temperature. Very small room television. To improve the soundproofing of the rooms. Very good buffet breakfast, good service from the staff and a very good variety of food. Very fast checkout and goalkeeper service available, very friendly.

The hotel is located in the city center and is convenient for travel. You can find Chinese restaurants, Hualian Supermarket, stationery stores, and local Spanish supermarkets nearby. It is of high quality and low price. The breakfast is rich in variety. There is an aerial BAR, and the night view of the city is more beautiful at night.

The hotel is old, the bathroom floor was cracked in the shower, towels were not changed for 3 days, they were replaced only after a request. There are no curtains in the room, the cleaning lady came willingly to hang the curtains on the second day of stay. A large selection of breakfast, but it is very monotonous (every day the same) and the machine only makes black coffee. No possibility to make tea apart from breakfast. The service is very nice and at a high level. In my opinion this is a strongly 3 star hotel and not for the money.

The location of the hotel is OK, the room facilities are poor, and the two beds are very small. There are no slippers or toiletries.

Overall quite satisfied.
