We asked for a room that did not overlook Gran Via. Quiet and pleasant. We slept very well. Very professional staff. We did not particularly appreciate the à la carte breakfast (you order what you want based on the menu) but everything was good even if you had to wait to be served unlike a buffet where everyone goes to serve themselves.
