The room was completely booked through photo fraud. Worst hotel ever booked on Ctrip. Less than 5 square meters, pitifully small. The room is not soundproofed and the environment is too bad. The price is still so expensive, the retail price is less than 100 euros, and the house price of more than 800 is simply a money grab.

I have stayed at the hotel for almost a week and I think the place is very well located. You can take the subway and buses in the neighborhood easily.

The location is OK, but it's a bit uncomfortable to borrow a hair dryer from the front desk. I didn't realize there was no hair dryer until I washed my hair. I went to the front desk to borrow one with wet hair. The girl at the front desk told me not to cut in line because she had to check in the two people in front of me first... I heard someone opening my door in the middle of the night. I was scared and wanted to call the front desk to ask what was going on, but I found there was no phone in the room... I had a good experience staying at the style ibis in Seville, but I'd better consider this one in Madrid...

It’s fine if you don’t have a hair dryer, not even a quilt, to prevent you from covering the quilt and blowing the air conditioner to cancel the quilt. There are only thin tablecloths, and I didn’t sleep all night in the cold. I asked the front desk to let the air conditioner heat it. In summer, my brain is broken Well, the heating didn’t work, only the cooling, I asked for hair in the quilt, and finally slept with clothes on for two hours😾😾

The room is very small and the lighting is not enough! The best thing is the location is close to the station☺️ There is also a large supermarket nearby, where you can buy food and take it back to the hotel to eat. The hotel reception desk is isolated and there are seats available for guests. There is a small garden where you can smoke.

It was conveniently located close to the center of Madrid, close to the train station and close to the airport. It was clean and the desk guide was friendly.

The 4⭐️ rate is because it fulfilled our needs, which were basic, and because the service and location were indeed what we wanted. ❤️ Reception staff super friendly, willing to help and offer advice. Really nice people! ❤️ Very quiet room, despite the fact that it is located right next to a very busy road. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. ❤️ The location was far from city center, but it worked for us because we could easily find a parking spot. Atocha train station is quite close. Many different city buses running. Nearest metro station is a 4-5min walk from the hotel and it’s Puente de Vallecas (Line 1), connecting you directly with Madrid city center: Atocha, Sol, Gran Vía stations. ❤️ Generally safe neighborhood around the hotel with small restaurants, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies, ATMs, and even a 24/7 Carrefour supermarket. ❌ The hotel parking was narrow for a long vehicle like ours. Luckily, we arrived late in the evening, so there were empty parking spots on the street outside the hotel. ❌ Bathroom didn’t offer privacy. The door was too thin without even a doorknob and it resembled a public bathroom door. ❌ Hairdryer available, but only upon request. Equipment was cheap, but this was expected. ❌ The room was too tight, however it could fit two cabin bags and two backpacks.

I rate this hotel for 0. Horrible service, very rude personnel. They forget absolutely everything what they are promising. We arrived with big group and send all lists in advance. But when we arrived, nothing was ready. Do not stay in this hotel if you do not want to be dissatisfied of your staying in Madrid. We asked to prepare early breakfast as we left earlier. They promised to do that, but when we arrived, nothing was ready. One receptionist does not know what other write to them

Ibis budget hotels are known to there clients. Very basic but supposedly known standards of installation and services. This Ibis budget takes perfect for personnel but below the basis for maintenance and quality of equipment. The hotel is in bad need of maintenance and repair. In my room one of the two windows was not working properly and there was noise and infiltration of cold air. TV was not working, actually you had to invent a method of software treatment to make work every time you switched it... Shower faucet impossible to control and shower water was changing from hot to very cold continuously making bath a miracle effort. Some bed things though clean had a gray prison like colour ... The breakfast costing 7,5 € was basic but of very good quality and presentation thanks to personnel. I'm a platinum card Accor hotels member I know ibises very well but this one needs a total repair. Price good in the crase of Madrid prices where e.g. ibis lavapies asks 200 € per night... Go there for the price and the lovely personnel!

Personal Extremely Friendly, always trying to help, beds Really comfortable, the area is 5 minutes walking from a Metro Station “Puente de Vallecas”, you will be in the center of Madrid in 15 minutes !! The area is sorrounded by small restaurants, stores, coffee shops!!
