This is a great hotel. Terrific location, friendly/helpful staff with rooms that have obviously been renovated. The breakfast is excellent. The first day of our stay the hotel arranged for 90 minute TukTuk tour of the city. It was a great way to get a quick overview of the city. The hotel also suggested some great restaurants. Don't mis Casa Benigna.

We had a wonderful experience and stay. The staff is attentive , helpful and most of all plaisant. Fancy neighborhood with all the trendy and chic boutiques. Unfortunately the room assigned to us was at first a disappointment. Only one window facing a wall. No day light and dark. The next day they switched room and we were very relieved and happy that our complaint was heard. Good breakfast, diversified and well served. I will come back for sure.

Me he hospedado en el four seasons y Mandarin de Madrid, Hotel Único supera a ambos sin dudarlo. Su servicio es muy personalizado y te hacen sentir en casa. Todo el personal es muy amable y se esfuerzan por hacerte sentir cómodo. Ubicación inigualable y excelentes habitaciones. Sin duda el mejor hotel de Madrid.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Unico, they tear us like family and welcomed my family and friends like if they were also staying at the hotel. The service is excellent, the location unbeatable, the rooms well equipped and nice size. Sure sure a must go back type of place.

Had an awesome birthday dinner at Ramon's restaurant. Worth every cent paid and we paid good money here This is a two Michelin stars restaurant and it really lives up to the expectations and even exceeded them without making extra effort.

Great location. Very good service. Feels a bit like a luxury flat rather than a hotel. Good fitness but no spa. We enjoyed the quiet and tidy room. Quick room service. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was well done. Large bathrooms

Excelente restaurante con 2 estrellas Michelin, menu exquisito , maridaje que armoniza todos los pasos, ambiente y atencion de lujo, ubicado en el barrio de salamanca, dentro del hotel unico, con area de terraza e interior. Existen varios menus, corto, medio y largo.

Espacio muy acogedor, equipo fantástico y comida maravillosa. La cocina de Ramón Freixa es buenísima. Nos trataron de forma exquisita y pudimos disfrutar del jardín anexo tras la comida en el restaurant. El Hotel no lo conocía pero es muy bonito.
